LOL mate, don't even... :XD

What does Kawamatsu have to do with it? He can disagree all he wants( all the scabbards can in fact), the sword belonged to Hiyori. She's the only one who gets to decide its fate. As for the rest of it about Zoro trading the sword back for another, I disagree and my previous posts explains why.

No. You argued that Zoro should have a sword from which he could build its own achievements as reason for him not having Enma but a new sword. I replied by saying that if that were the case Zoro wouldn't have any of his swords and the same could be said for many swordsmen who have meitos.

Momo could become Shogun or Pirate King. He would still have no claim on the sword, it's not his to argue over.

It's perfectly fine for you to think that, I disagreed and showed why. We can agree to disagree there, it doesn't bother me. The only point of contention we have is the ownership of Enma and Momo's claim over it, which is factual, therefore can't be disputed.

Why would she want the sword back? she's not a samurai, else she would've joined the fight. Again, that's your opinion that she asks for it back, I don't see any reason why and most definitely Momo has nothing to do with that decision.

Anyway, so it's settled; we're agreeing to disagree on the sword's future (how long Zoro keeps it for) but it's not debatable that Momo has any claim on the sword.
True, but still she didn't say he can truly have it forever, so let's see how arc goes if sword be back to them or not.

Swords on those though have little to no achievements on 2 of them and many don't know about them much on having achievements of someone notable. Also talking about by Oda's narration on how it's looking on wanting his blades be given reputation by him without previous user which might be possibility about it.

Actually if he becomes family clan leader, he actually does have right to do so along being Shogun on top of that. Besides I said it's possibility, not that it will happen as reward of giving Zoro new sword to replace Enma will give liking to Zoro as if he could be bargain for Shusui, Enma is no different as well.

We can agree to disagree, sure thing. Let's see what happens later in the arc to on the status on situation when we get there.

...what exactly are you trying to say here? so I can reply to it...

Also talking about by Oda's narration on how it's looking on wanting his blades be given reputation by him without previous user which might be possibility about it.
And WHERE exactly are you getting this from? What has Oda written to imply he wants Zoro to have a newly forged blade? Or Zoro stating that he wants a newly forged blade for that matter? That's all just fans expressing what they want to see happen in the series.

It might be a possibility (as are many other things in the series) but there's nothing to suggest that Oda's narration is pushing that particular agenda. If anything, Oda hinting to Enma in ch937 would suggest that he intends for Zoro to keep it for the long run.

Actually if he becomes family clan leader, he actually does have right to do so along being Shogun on top of that. What.

Re-read ch954 and tell me exactly how you took what Hiyori says about the swords ownership and concluded this scenario. Or you know...tell me what other chapter you got this from, because I'm floored.

I need you to really understand the difference between Momo asking Zoro if he can please have Enma because it belonged to his father, therefore has sentimental value (in exchange for an equally strong sword) and him demanding it from Zoro because he feels he has ownership over it. It's actually bugging me that you're still debating this particular part :XD .

Everything else I don't really care about because I can respect a difference of opinion, it's a part of what makes discussions interesting.

I am saying 2 swords beside Enma aren't famed like it. They will get their own recognition, but through Zoro. Wouldn't it great to see him accomplish making swords without any legacy to have one because of him?

Looking at patterns of Oda as when he get new swords, they don't have an huge reputation minus Shusui and Enma. With introduction of Tengo, blacksmith and being in land of Wano who are known for crafting good weapons, why would it be farfetched to not think Zoro will have sword made for him as a reward factor? It's possibly to happen for Oda to think that in his mind. Just possibility for it and I do agree Enma he could keep it in long run too as I am not denying that side either. Just saying on possibility that after the arc they could reward Strawhats and Zoro getting new sword over Enma could be one of them.

Oh my bad. I didn't mean he demands, but more like bargain similar to Hiyori if giving him a new sword that is equal grade or step-up than Enma would intrigue Zoro to want to let it go for that and have new sword to work with. He does have sentimental value for it and he knows he wouldn't leave Zoro without a sword given he is 3-sword swordsmen, so he be respectful about it while giving him something rewarding same time.

Sure thing, sorry for being confusing a bit, but do note I do respect your opinion on why Zoro won't give Enma back too as I can see that happening as well.

It was good non-canon added scenes for sure. One of best of the arc in Anime sense, but looking forward to something else in the Anime though.

I read about the zoro vs killer fight but... Honestly, only the first 10 seconds were good. the rest was just animation gibberish with pointless tornadoes and whatnot.

I mean they have to add-on somehow without being too much that go against manga, so we should expect that in upcoming fights of the characters when they extending more to them.

It was no different with Luffy vs Kaido or Sanji vs Page 1. Pointless animation but beautifully done animation all the same.

I think Luffy vs Kaido's was perhaps better, but this episode was just so well done overall.

And Zoro basically went full Gildarts from Fairytail with all that cube creation lol

My issue is not with the non cannon stuff. The point is that the animation in the fight is simply not that good. And honestly, it's about as crappy as the rest of the anime in general. The fight has 10 seconds which are just fantastic:

That part specifically is fantastic. You see zoro running towards kamazu, you can see what he is doing, you see the beginning and end of his slahes, his dodges are actually animated and... that's it. The rest is worthless gargage of quickcuts, non animated slashes and worst of all those absurd tornadoes. I mean, look at 2:59 in that video... that's just kamazu slashing at zoro without us being able to see anything. Just his dumb face that looks like it was animated on paint. i suppose this might be good by OP standards but I would argue in general it's crap. If this was good we'd be able to tell what they are doing at all times, each slash would mean something, the distance between them would mean something... and if the assholes making this gave an iota of a crap those cheap ass tornadoes would look like they have more than 4 fps going for them.

There is a reason I don't watch this anime: it's garbage. I remember trying to watch the luffy vs katakuri fight... It was excruciating. Every single movement somehow took forever while simultaneously having way more quickcuts than it could possibly deserve or need. I barely made it to 5 minutes of the fight until i couldn't stomach any more of it. I can't imagine the animators not actively hating either viewers or themselves. Luffy vs kaido... more or less the same but not quite as excruciating. As far as i recall, the best fight this anime ever crapped out was... luffy vs lucci. and that was just ok.. not great or anything. Overall most OP anime fights are just cut after cut after cut with very little actual animation.

By far Lucci vs Luffy was the best drawn. As For Zoro tho? His fights aren't always done well. Mr. 1 was badly done and vs Kaku it was way too short and the art was lacking.
I enjoyed this last chapter... there was just something about it...

I have to agree.
I used to watch the anime but I stopped when they animated the Marineford battle. I HATED how they butchered that and everything related to Mihawk in there.

You are super harsh dude, what did you expect movie quality animations?

This is a long running show that was known for having very bad animation in recent years, if anything this wano arc is some of the best animation the one piece anime had since the timeskip if not the best.

You should also keep in mind that they are restricted to one chapter per episode hence the pacing, and quite frankly it is much better than dressrossa (where I stopped watching the anime it was too painful).

I'm not a fan of that fight. The end of it with Zoro going super sayian is just so against how the manga draws fights. Hate hate hate it.

Yep, I hated this too... It makes no sense whatsoever for zoro to just go purple kaio ken and pretty much fly to his enemy. In the manga the fight was contained to a very small space...

That's Toei lately, going from Luffy vs Katakuri, Sanji vs PageOne to Zoro vs Kamazou and the trend will remain it seems.
We are getting DBZ type of shit in One Piece.

I don't expect movie quality animations obviously (though I don't know what animation quality the OP movies use). But... this is clearly subpar. This is one of the longest running anime and arguably one of their cash cows. And yet at its best it's painful to watch.

Them being restricted to one chapter per episode is not much of an excuse, its a reason for which this is terrible.
