The line is said as a rap by Killer Bee on a another panel. The full translation from Mangastream is : "TELEPORT TECHNIQUE AND A RIGHT HANDED SMASH, BUT ALL I SAW WAS A YELLOW FLASH!" I thought this panel was super badass, so I tried to colour it. Only problem is that I'm not sure about the colour of his new "cloak."
