*locks himself in a giant panick room and mounts the Mortred* I didn't really like Gundam Seed... I actually found Code Geass more entertaining and compelling... Gundam Seed was all about eye candy...

Never seen Death Note, but I do know that the main characters just write names along with method and time of death to people and they die... I don't see the connection with CG...

code geass became popular cuz it rode on the plot hypes of gundam seed and death note (read the pic above ), well not really seed's plot i mean war dramas existed long before, just that it rode on the hype... like robotech and legend of the galactic heroes.... but along with other stuff like moe-isness and HOMOlust and loli/shota characters, geass just became more popular..... ah but you know geass's plot is shakespearean that's what awesome about it.
