Dunno how serious to take previews, maybe its a clue that Killer Bee will meet Naruto in the next arc, who knows, or it could just be a random thing.

okay, hoop men going down's pretty much a tragedy for me, i love that series... but ah well easy come easy go no sket dance in the bottom 5 is good, and i suppose beelzebub gettign a colour page is nice (enthusiasm for the series is draining slowly)

also next round predictions!

Arihara Daisuke(i think): something new or TRIGGER KEEPER
Akira Akatsuki: something new or MEDAKA BOX or LITTLE BRAVE

perhaps.
here is Nightjumper translation of that part:

Nothing interesting, except for the text bubble next to Killer Bee:
"When Pain is defeated, will it be my turn?!"

obvious observation: all characters with spiky speech bubbles are loudmouths known for making exclamations.

theme!

Seems like Bleach may be returning to Karakuri Town...about time actually, since the Ulquiorra fight was a disaster.

As for Neuro...I don't consider it a failure at all on Matsui or the series fault. Unlike many other Jump series, Matsui actually did what he wanted to do in four years: get in, tell his story, get successful, get an anime, finish his story, get out. Compare that to a ton of other mangaka who try (and fail) to write massive, year-spanning epics...and you could say that Neuro is the real winner. It'll be sad to see the series go but I think Matsui is better to move on to bigger (and stranger) things.

Damn good call. Medaka Box would make a great series, Akatsuki's art has really developed over the last year, it could work.

That would be too fast imo. I think Medaka Box might be serialised second part of this year. But yeah never say never. His art has improved a lot, let's hope his storytelling too

rawr, first meister now hoop men, I'm poison to these new series. I just finished taking a look at Trigger Keeper, it does look rather interesting, I'd be happy if it made it.

Well if neuro ends next week then I might not be surprised if 1 or 2 cancellations would follow weeks after neuro's ending

Just because a series is ending doesn't exactly mean that we're getting new series so quickly. Jump could either do nothing for the moment or just start another round of one-shots to showcase new authors and ideas...yeah, maybe it's too soon with an Akamaru coming but they usually do such things.

You should go some pages back and check SSJWill's list of jump's cancellations this year and last year. 21 series (that's what I estimate) were dropped in 2008. There'll be soon a new round of cuts :)

They have new series after the double issue almost every year. They'll probably cancel a series later this month or in early May. New series could be anytime in May. If HxH comes back they may cancel a second.

Pyû to Fuku! Jaguar : 16 Tomes (7 500 000 Exemplaires en Circulation)
Nuraryon no Mago : 4 Tomes (1 Millions D'exemplaires en Circulation)
Hatsukoi Limited : 4 Tomes (850 000 Exemplaires en Circulation)
Go Mago! 1,000,000 copies sold, a year of serialization, it's here to stay! Numbers should be out for volume 4 tomorrow. I expect it to pass Eyeshield and ToRa in popularity.

Those are pretty encouraging sales numbers for Mago. Even if it doesn't become a huge runaway success, it seems like it's performing well, so it shouldn't be in any immediate danger.

I'll have a better idea tomorrow, but huge run away success doesn't seem far fetched. Cancellation is out of the question at this point. It remains to be seen weather we are talking huge run away success like Naruto or huge runaway success like Reborn. The TOC might not reflect it but Mago is very, very close to Toriko in sales. Bakuman remains the best selling of the new series, for now.
