The part where you fail is when Mr 3 made the key.
I understand that when he creates Wax, it isn't part of is body anymore but if he is still manipulating(forming the key) it, than it's still part of him.
Forming the key on the Seastone lock should've been impossible cuz he couldn't control is powers.

Not one point does it say he formed the key inside of the lock. Sure, you might argue that it's impossible for him to have created the key otherwise, however, Mr. 3 is also part of Baroque Works, he could have known the key's design from the very beginning.

Furthermore, from Usopp's mind, and the lack of showing the key's formation, it seems more like he made it before putting it inside of the lock.

Finally, if he did form it inside of the lock, he never had to actually touch it. If you put a key entirely inside of the lock, you aren't going to turn the key as you now have no mass to grip to do so. If the distance between his fingers and the cage door is an inch, because of the handle of the key, then he can use his powers to form it inside of it.

It would be a simple matter of creating the wax to it's stopping point(the logical process of creating the key while it's inside of the lock with no idea of the actual key's construct and formation).

Ok but when the wax will form and touch the Seastone he will lose control of his ability and the wax may soften and change shape.

well there are lot's of devil fruits which do not behave like in reality : Mr 3 was able to create huge amount of wax as hard as steel instantly, Smoker can grip bodies with his smoke, Luffy does not mel when in fire, Noro noro beam doesn't even exist....
So I'm sure lack of imagination is not a problem for that fruit

We don't know the extent of his DF abilities. He may be like Mr. 2 and only have to touch the thing that he is trying to duplicate (one method of copying a key is to make an imprint of it out of wax!!!!!!!). That makes more sense to me since he was in contact with the key before he threw it in the water. So basically what I am saying is that Mr 3 was able to duplicate the key because he already touched it and because he made the key out of wax BEFORE he put it in the lock it was unaffected by the seastone and didn't lose its shape. Even if Mr 3 was affected by the seastone he would lose the ability to change the shape of the key, it would still keep its shape and be able to open the door.

Blackbeard's Dark Dark Fruit was featured in the book of Devil Fruits that exists. The Soap Soap Fruit and Cow Cow Fruit: Model Giraffe were not. Some Devil Fruits are in the book, some aren't, so eating one can be pretty chancy.

Anyway this small topic started with Tenryuken saying that logia are literally immortal, by able to regenerate themselves. Like Razh said, if that was the case then Smoker wouldn't have his (new) scar.

Could be a mistake of Oda not thinking of that, or it's just that Smoker was hit while not using his abillity.His body just reacted normal, getting ripped apart, bleed, bleed getting hurd, getting crusty XD and whoala -> scar. Kizaru was using his power at that time[so it was in logia state, even while standing normaly[that's what I asume g]], so his body reacted like it does with logia DF users, - getting ripped apart, if not in a hard form like stone, steel, whatever.

I completely agree with u (on ur second solution, don't think Oda made a mistake there). If a logia is aware that he is going to be attacked in anyway, then he will prepare himself e.g turning his physical body into logia (I know Kiz wasn't shining light, but he must have been in logia). So that if in case he is hit, he will turn automatically logia.

To prove my point just read Luff's crash into Smoker and Ace. They were not aware that they were going to be hit physicality, that's why they were thrown off, since they were not prepared. The same guy (Smoker) fought Luffy on LogueTown, who had no problems dealing with physical attacks, since his element sucked/absorbed it due to his awareness of Luffy's attacks.

Of course the logia invulnerability can be with elementary weaknesses (example: water>sand), haki or DF (example: yami yami) bypassed.

Knowing about his ability of the DF, he might have taken dmg through shock and his synapses send the pain to his brain, but it could have absorbed the actual attack, just like when he uses his power. Like with every other Logia using getting ripped apart.

1 - What if Yami Yami no Mi actually can suck Haki too? I mean, it use gravity, not a anti-DF power, but "gravity can suck anything". Them Haki would also be sucked?

2 - What if actually Haki doesn't hurt Logia users? Well, let's just say that Sandersonia, Garp and Sentoumaru could hurt Luffy because Haki is a form of energy, and hurt rubber in the same way fire does. Them Rayleight user has Seastone on it. =P

No, not really. Haki's an intangible aura of strength and force of personality. Ki, by the way, is also technically intangible, it just became viewed as the ability to throw blasts of light at people thanks to manga. And black holes can suck in A LOT of things, but only material things. Emotions are immaterial, intangible, so Blackbeard couldn't suck them in. Haki's really just a feeling, or an intent, it's not a force or anything.

And as I've said before, Luffy's not really immune to physical blows. Just most physical blows. The Reject Dial, the Rokuogan, Garp and Nami's fists, they all hurt him. It's just a matter of hitting him hard enough, whether you use focused intent, such as Nami or Garp, a powerful martial art, such as Lucci (and possibly Sentomaru, but we don't know what he does. It COULD be Rokushiki, but it could just as well not be, and I lean towards it not being Rokushiki), or infusing a blow with the powerful intent of a Haki. You don't need to say that Haki's a form of energy to explain what Sandersonia did, just saying that it boosts the power of physical attacks still explains how it could hurt Luffy. And we know that Haki can do that from the arrows that the Kuja shot and Marguerite's subsequent explanation.

I'd say Zoans are underrated and with good reason, they don't have nearly as impressive as an effect. No matter how strong Lucci gets, if he can't shigan a sandman its still disappointing.

I would not consider Paramecia to be strictly worse than Logia, just worse on average. Anyone with a Logia is likely to be ridiculously strong purely because of the intangibility.

On the other hand there is a lot more spread in paramecia fruits. You could have something pretty lame like Kilo Kilo (though if Mrs. 5 had been cooler I think it could have been better*), or Kalifah's, or something non-com like Mr. 2's or Brook's. You could also have absurd OHKO powers like Kuma's or Magellan's, or imagine a paramecia that lets you stop time.

* Reduce your weight to almost nothing to let you run and jump super fast (a la Brook). You can get a nice sprinting start at someone, leap into the air, then suddenly switch to super heavy mode as you drop kick them in the face.

While I've mentioned Brook, is it explicitly stated somewhere that his only works once? Is he even capable of dieing now that he is a skeleton?

Being MADE of their element

Magellan fits two of these very well.....and the one he DOESNT fit can be argued a bit (for now).

Hear me out. We've all heard the "The Gumu Gumu no Mi is a Logia!" argument, and I think we can agree that its not true. While the Gum Gum fruit IS one of the tricky cases in that Luffy IS rubber, he CANT manipulate his body and project his rubber at will.

Sure he can stretch himself, but thats simply a property of his body, he can not mentally manipulate his rubber or project his rubber beyond his body.

Now Magellan on the other hand CAN. Not only is the Chief Warden MADE of Poison he can manipulate himself to project that poison beyond his person. These abilities are the definition of Logia.

In fact, many many of Magellans moves have been witnessed by other Logia users, he can:

Throw his poison(Ace, Akoji, Kizaru)
Travel THROUGH his poison (Kizaru)
Manipulate the Shape of his poison (Ace)

The only thing thats missing is intangibility as Luffy DID manage to hit him....BUT, this could be explained by either A) The speed of luffy's attack surprising Magellan, thus not giving him time to become intangible (we saw this when luffy accidentally ran into Smoker and Ace in Alabasta...they CAN be hit) or B) Perhaps Magellans fruit is an exception like BB's

Either way if it IS a Paramecia its easily the most Logia like we've seen. The only thing missing is the ability to allow attacks to pass through him.

Also (not that its relevant to my argument), even though Magellan isn't technically intangible, to a physical fighter like Luffy he may as well be.

Magellan obviously cannot transform into poison. Give me a 100% sure logia user where we ask us the question if he was logia or not. There is none because the natural attack of logia people is to transform them into the element. The fact that Magellan did something as useless for a logia as venom road proves that he is not one
