From this statement, I interpreted that you thought people in Japan couldn't read Japanese manga. I apologise if I have misunderstood you.

It's ok. When I said everyone, I thought about foreigners like you that buy mangas in japonese because it is cheaper. But I admit it was not really well written.

well as I said, germany can't really complain with the 5€ we pay though that's still around 2€ more than in Japan. This diffrence though is not really much for what happens inbetween, not so much the shipment since I'm sure that our books are printed here and not in Japan, but they practically have to set up a whole new book with the SBS and other stuff on front and back and also translate the text.

manga completly in a diffrent language than the one spoken in a country sell bad everywhere I guess. there are cases of english and other language titles though ... seems to be decoy <.<

As far as I know they are printed in Denmark.

Actually, I didn't buy the manga in Japanese because it's cheaper. I bought manga in Japanese so I could improve my Japanese skills and it makes a great souvenir!

About the whole Zoro Shiryuu thing I think we might be jumping the gun.
They would only fight if BB is the last crew they fought. It seems like it would only make sense for him to fight mihawk after all this hype for the past... 500 chapters?
On the other hand it seems obvious that the SW would fight another crew for one piece so I don't know at this point o___o

About the whole Zoro Shiryuu thing I think we might be jumping the gun.
They would only fight if BB is the last crew they fought. It seems like it would only make sense for him to fight mihawk after all this hype for the past... 500 chapters?
On the other hand it seems obvious that the SW would fight another crew for one piece so I don't know at this point o___o

Zoro has to fight Mihawk for the title of strongest swordsman. Whether he fights Shiryuu before or after is just a matter of timing.

And what if during the war Mihawk will be killed/injured/defeated by Shiryuu? Either it's a fair fight and there is a new best swordsman that Zoro has to fight or it's stabbing in the back and Zoro will have to take revenge, either way the story wins and loses at the same time

While that certainly is possible I don't really see anybody else who could be considered final boss material(for Luffy). Well outside the Marines themselves and maybe Donflamingo.

No, Zoro cannot beat Shiryuu in compensation for the title of the strongest swordman.
Back in East Blue, they did a kind of deal/promise : they will fight later when Zoro will have gained experience. Mihawks wants to see what he will become and wants to beat him after : he wants a kind of fair fight between them.
They cannot destroy that promise : if Oda had to do such a thing, I would not forgive him. Mihawks is the objective of Zoro since the beginning of the manga : that cannot change. Besides, I want to see what Mihawks worths because even if he was so strong against Zoro during the Baratie incident, he did not show his strenght, he only plays with Zoro.

So what does you solution look like? Zoro is only bound to Luffy as long as he follows the path to become strongest swordsman. To achieve that goal he even took Luffys pain so that they could continue.
Thus with BB being the final villain Mihawk could under no circumstances be in for a fight midway through. But then BB is not the final one right? so what is all the set up for? this perfect antagonist wasted?

a rather strange idea that came to mind was taht maybe zoro will set out for a final fight with mihawk AFTER they found one piece, but that doesn't really make sense to meright now

I just say that I will not forgive Oda if he does not make a second fight between Zoro and Mihawks. But, he will definitely do it. The idea that Shiryuu beats Mihawks and so, Zoro does not want to fight against Mihawks anymore is impossible for me.
But it is possible that Shiryuu becomes as strong as Mihawks and then, Zoro has to beat the two of them to be considered as the really best swordman. But Zoro has to fight Mihawks again.

To Akainu, I have just read your post. As you see, I have thought that Shiryuu could become the rival of Mihawks and Zoro has to beat both of them to get the title.

it seems I was right for at least one person :-)
Personnaly, I don't see why Shiryuu would be a Zoro dedicated opponent. This is only based on the theory that Blackbeard will be the final oponent and that each strawhat will have a Blackbeard crew equivalent. Honnestly this prediction will occur in a too long time so that we can give it too much credit, we don't even know what will happen to Blackbeard in Impel Down.
Zoro-Mihawk rematch is completely different, like Rayleigh said there was a promise made, and Oda is not someone to take promise lightly

I honestly don't want bb to be the final last great enemy, hes kinda lame imo but what i really mean is i don't want luffy and co to be confined to 1 group as that last great foe, cause as you can see bb couldn't even take magellan and i want luffys greatest enemy to be greater than that so that when he defeats him luffy will be even greater.

Yes that's what I was thinking.

Dragon would be all like "I'm gonna cause this great revolution and lots of people will die but it will be for the good of the world."

And Luffy would be like "I don't think so. People don't need to die" and all that jazz. Then they fight.
