well after check, we have the 3 databooks and 2 color ones

I heard that 500 000 000 was the highest a bounty could go?Also his [Luffy's] bounty will be raised. 450,000,000 perhaps? I think it'll match whatever Shanks bounty is.
Here's a list of my guesses on peoples bounties.
Shanks - 450,000,000 Beli
Whitebeard - 550,000,000 Beli
Mihawk - 400,000,000 Beli (former)
Gol D. Roger - 600,000,000 Beli (former)
Rayleigh - 400,000,000 Beli
Buggy's bounty will raise too (whether it's deserved or not). I'm not sure if it will reach shanks status or not though.

Well Shanks plays with Mihawk from time to time... it just stop when shanks lost his arm since Mihawk thinks he is disabled.I heard that 500 000 000 was the highest a bounty could go?
I think Luffy's WILL DEFINITELY increase. 450? Maybe 350 or 380. Coz if 500 really is the cap, I doubt there'd be many people that near to it. Yonkou and Dragon mainly, and maybe Roger and Rayleigh. Apparently if Enel were a pirate he'd be at 500 (not really 'apparently' since Oda said so himself), because of his craziness, not his power (dude wants to rule the world. Not OUR world, actually the moon, but you never know, after all, he thinks he's a god).
I think Shanks, Mihawk, Rayleigh and Whitebeard should be in the 400's, Mihawk might be lower.
Speaking of him, why did he agree to be a Shichibukai anyway? We don't know much about him, but to me he doesn't seem like the type to ally himself with the government and the marines. Heck, he doesn't even seem like a pirate to me. I see him as a pure swordsman, and I also think that he, like Zoro, gets his power solely from his swordsmanship, and has no devil fruit ability.
Shanks also probably hasn't eaten a fruit, but if that's the case, I can't imagine what the source of his power could be. We know he was a good enough swordsman to duel Mihawk, but I don't see him as a pure swordsman. Maybe he's a fighter-type too, like Luffy (and Ace and Blackbeard before they ate their fruit). I know Luffy ate a fruit, but I'm talking about his fighting style. Maybe Shanks has acquired an ability since the time he saved Luffy...

Would you like me to explain to you the properties of light? Light can only travel in a straight line, which is why things can go through Kizaru (light is intangible, so when something tries to penetrate/pierce him, the light reflects off of it and scatters, and he then reforms his body once the object is no longer there to obstruct the light), but he cannot go through things (like walk through people). This is because, when light hits an object, it is either reflected, absorbed or transmitted, sometimes more than just one of the three. So if he tried to go through something like walk through someone, he couldn't because how would the light get from the front of a person to the back? Picture him trying to walk through a wall. The light would be reflected or absorbed, depending on the surface of the wall, but it would not be transmitted unless the wall was transparent. So for that same reason, going inside someone is impossible because people are not transparent. Going into the openings in someones body (nostrils, mouth, ears, pores) is also not gonna work since internal reflection wouldn't occur like it does in a fibre optic cable, but absorption may occur on a small level. Thus, his lazer attacks and high-speed physical attacks are actually the most suitable forms of using his power. The 'light sabre' is dodgy, it isn't physically (as in scientifically) possible, since there needs to be something reflective at the tip of the sword to determine it's length, or the light will just continue to extend into the distance. I can give a long theory to say why Kizaru shouldn't be able to create a sword out of light, but it's boring and no one cares since it ruins the fun of One Piece.Oh-oh wait... Why don't Kizaru, Eneru and Aokiji use similiar "slip-into-bodies-and-use-the-powers-there" attacks? To slip inside some elses body is disgraceful - it contradicts most of the characters' conception and is in most situations completely unnecessary.
For the first part of this quote: I said that everyone is susceptable to poisoning, and your response does not disprove me. Luffy was indeed poisoned, as were Iva and Inazuma. Luffy and Iva were saved by Iva's hormones, and since we can assume Iva didn't give Inazuma the hormones, since he said he didn't wanna decrease his life, the fact that Inazuma is ok means he received a non-lethal dose, and whatever kinda medical attention he received afterwards on the ship, if he even received any, was enough for him to pull through. Not all poison is lethal, and not all doses are enough to kill. As for poison being ineffective, one would either have to be immune, which no one we've seen so far is, or you'd need antidotes or Iva's hormones. (Magellan isn't immune since he gets stomach problems and diarrhea.) And Iva's hormones aren't a guaranteed cure; it depends on the person and how serious their condition is.But Luffy, Ivankov and Inazuma did not die, did they? Poison can still be neutralized or it is just simply ineffective.
You could have stopped here: No, you bored me since I know about light. Since Kizaru showed by creating his light sword that he is able to control and bend light and made the light particles (=photons) stop in his sword.Would you like me to explain to you the properties of light?
You don't have to fill the lungs with ice to make one choke from inside. A small ice block in the throat is way enough and can be dissolved quite easy for Aokiji.Ice is solid, so people would have to swallow/consume it manually, whereas people HAVE to breathe, giving Smoker an opening.
Just in case you didn't know: In real world, choking is dangerous. There was a kid that died from "playing Gaara" in the US - you want another murder in the media because kids "played Smoker captured an opponent by choking"?Sure they'd cough, but he can still choke them by forcing more of his smoke into them through their mouth or nostrils, and if the victims tried kept their mouths closed or blocked their nostrils, they'd just suffocate themselves anyway, so it's win-win for Smoker. They wouldn't necessarily die, he just has to choke them till they pass out. Think about it, if someone puts a chokehold on their opponent in jiujutsu or other fighting styles, and releases the minute their opponent passes out, the victim will survive.
But your ignoring facts to point out your argumentation.I'm not a fool. I don't speak before I think.
In fact, you only stated that you don't like poison attacks - so my answer wasn't meant to negate but to relativize that there are cases in One Piece where poison is ineffective. I cut the rest because I believe to have answered the same way to M.D.Ace's posting concerning poison (lethal dosis/antidotes/etc.).For the first part of this quote: I said that everyone is susceptable to poisoning, and your response does not disprove me.

that's epic, so the goat must be his son/daughter ... which means that more than 50% of his/her (the goat) genes are from his/her mother (the goat mother)
