The only thing that would warrant that from the folks here would be if the OP was clearly going to be used for Yorkshin and it too "upbeat" or whatever, though I don't really care if the OP is "too dark". As long as Madhouse delivers something coherent, I'm happy.

The opening was quite disappointing. Exactly the same song, they only changed some parts of the video. Not even all the video.

The ending looks cool, but I'll wait to watch it properly in HD.

Things I learned from the opening.

- Leorio is being a little too boastful about his hunter license.

- Killua and Gon can defy physics.

- Kurapika looks more like a girl.


Also, the ending is great. :P

Yeah the opening was a bit too similar to the old one. Ending is good.

But the episode itself was great. Though it ended too soon!

Lyrics are quite different, background music seems to be the same though. I love the new shots and hot damn Hunting for your Dream is awesome, we got to see a bunch of characters from York New as well!

As for the episode, I love you Madhouse, you have done Heaven's Arena justice! Can't wait to get into the meat and potatoes of this arc! Hisoka is next week

Great, great! episode. The opening is practically the same but the added scenes were awesome! The new ending theme is freaking fantastic!!! I think I like Hunting for your Dream better than Just Awake lol.
