BJK can break racket guts, so Momo's clearly a better partner than Oishi.

Well, for example, there's Saiki, Hyakuren, and TnK. There's that Black Aura crap, but we know virtually nothing about it. If you read Fayte's bad fanfic, he refuses to BA as Pinnacle of Destruction, which is what people (I think mainly Fayte) called it when it was first introduced. Fayte is a Sanada fanboy and wants Sanada to be always be better than Tezuka or Ryoma, so BA needs to be better than TnK in Fayte's mind.
