the nisekoi cover is a thousands times better than nearly every other cover. somehow this and bakuman were one of the few with good use of color. most of the time they look like someone inserted the color with paint and fill every space out with it, without shading or playing with the regulator. Besides it is also so refreshing not seeing one man in the middle of the cover posing cool.

Toriko also does very good covers. And One Piece isn't bad at all, considering how many times Oda makes them and how many ideas he burned through already.

I agree that many Jump covers are not that good. Ch1 covers especially, are always very boring.

Well, all of his other works were One-Shots besides Double Arts.

As for covers, most of the time they're basically big ads. You do see some really good ones sometimes. I really liked some of Toriko's that are pretty creative.
If I could find a place to look through recent ones I could probably find some more I like. Most of them are One Piece and Naruto, though.

Totally love the Cover and laughed hard at the Raku Doll expression XD looks very similar to Chitoges expression too (possible hint maybe? ). The fact that Nisekoi got a cover really surprised, can't recall a series that got another cover this early on. There might be some but it feels like ages ago since Jump last had very promising and popular new series.
Anyone knows which other series got a cover early on? Besides the obvious first chapter of course

I like the fact that Jump has new popular series a lot, I was getting tired of 90% of the new series getting canceled after around 20 chapters. Probably should try out Hq!! too, the premise doesn't seem that interesting to me but it deserves a chance looking at the fact that it's so well received

Unusual that no one answered you Tee but yeah, you're right None of the new series has reached the eighth chapter.

Enigma had a second cover lead color (naruto got the cover) quite early after its start, otherwise the most recent "new serie" with a cover is beelzebub which had a cover lead color for chapters 13 and 26 and a cover for chapter 56
Bakuman had a cover at chapter 28

The only other series that got early covers that I can remember are Toriko, Bakuman and Double Arts.

Even though Nura's at rock bottom, I'm not too distressed since it has the privilege of having a natural ending. Reborn's ranking makes me want to catch up to see what's going on.
