Enel's DF is Goro Goro no Mi, allowing him to use lightning, electricity, etc. In the other hand Kizaru's Pika Pika no Mi allows the user to control light (shoooting lasers, move at the speed of light,etc.)

If there had been no hole, we would have seen ice explode around the halberd, wouldn't we? The upper panel seems to have a round frost-steam around it, not shapped like the sharp and thin head of the weapon.

uhm,if a haki user stabs a rogia, he just pierces his body,ice and other elements aren't present anymore. we saw what happened when somebody attacked crocodile,ace and kizaru. but I may agree with you guys here,though oda wasn't much clear there,and that ability seems too convenient for a rogia.

How can he pierce a body, that's not there to begin with? The thought behind the hole was that it wouldn't let Whitebeard stab Kuzan for real. Do you understand that? His body won't just reappear just because a CoA user slashes inbetween an already split body, nothing so far suggest to that being an effect of CoA.

yeah I do understand that,but it seems to convenient,doesn't it? if all the rogia users can do so,not even haki will be enough against them...

The trick is to actually hit their elemental form. In the NW, there have to be some pirates fast enough to hit those, just look at Luffy and Zorro, both took on logia in this arc.

The Gorosei said that there is no record of anyone, before Teach, successfully eating two devil fruit.

We already knew that after the death of the previous possessor a devil fruit reappears somewhere in the world.

When did this get known the first time? I remember it was in a chapter previous to 703, but I can't remember which chapter, so maybe I'm wrong.
