• Please remember, that you may nominate maximum three title for this award. However during the nomination phase, you can always change your nomination. You can change your nomination twice.
• For the nomination phase to run smoothly and to avoid situations where nominations weren't counted by accident, please state your nomination clearly. It is preferable to highlight the nominated title with bolded text and color. Example of nomination format:

Now, I know what some of you are thinking, but a good character design doesn't necessarily have to be complicated and flashy. It's his simplistic design juxtaposed with Murata's highly detailed art that makes the character design so effective in this context.

This inversion of black and white, plus vicious personality and his fightning manner surely got alot of style, wich make him one of the best characters, even considering fact his total screentime in whole manga is about 20 chapters.

• Nami from One Piece. Especially the change after chapter 597 was a very good decision by Oda.
• Tony Tony Chopper from One Piece. From a monster to a cute cute teddy bear-like dachshunddeer. And I'm pretty sure he's (and Nami) are for real original characters much unlike Whitebeard, Doflamingo, Law etc.

Because for me, it's not about powers, it's about development and all of those once hated everything and even hated themselves but they grew and now they have friends or something to care about and that's why I chose them.
