The show has nothing to do with naruto, its a Completely different story.
Besides why only naruto can have illusion powers and electrical powers? Is the same as saying that kishimoto copied Togashi's killua nen to make chidori -.-

Dragon Ball characters are better than Get Backers Characters.

Anyway, The most memorable anime in my life is Yu Yu Hakusho, My uncle and I used to watch it together then he will draw the new character that appeared in the previous episode/s in a box using pencil and watercolor.
