I don't know how excellent the chinese one is, but I had to stop watching it after 2 episodes or so. So freaking bad (=seemed to me). But I've heard people say it's good so... idk.

There's also a japanese movie, and then tenimyu, ofc

The anime is what brought me here woman.

I thought there were only 2 chinese dramas. I didn't watch them though, but I will some day (I mean, I liked the live action movie -yeah I deserve to die- so it's highly probable that I find it enjoyable).

22 epidodes... the only thing I recall was that they tweaked the names a bit to fit the Chinese audience.
I don't recall much of the drama except that I liked it and the action scenes /matches were pretty good.

It's too late for that now...

The person that recommended it to me didn't like tennis nor watched it nor anything like that... but meh, do as you please.

I'd recommend Bleach (but it has annoying fillers and... it's stopped) or Shaman King (but the ending is completely different from the manga)... so I dunno.
