Yeah, because that's the only thing that works instantly.

But there's a girl and a guy who gets misunderstood because of their appearances, they team up to help each other get a boyfriend/girlfriend (their best friends).
Incidentally, people think that they became a couple. And then there's the anomaly. The woman who fucks everything up and potential other love interest.

It's a great series. Great romance and humor. Fun characters and a nice style.
