Well on paper the two strongest South American teams, no team is perfect but a good dozen can win the world cup, Spain are out but they were favorites. France, Italy, Germany as well. These teams hold a potential to win big games and big tournaments, have done so in the past. Regardless of flaws and set backs from recent plays they are favorites. Which team wins varies at WC, but we know those that should always be considered, not ruling anyone out imo.
