Imo the anime is probably a little better than the manga, but I hate how the anime left out some scenes.

Which scenes? I only ask because I would like to catch anything I may have missed.

Im mainly talking about important foreshadowing for the character Gyro.

I also didn't like how they moved Kite's scene with Gon on whale island, it was supposed to be the first scene in the story.

There are some Scenes which were better in the Anime, imo, due to the Music.
For example, in the Anime,

i had to cry when the king and komugi died

, in the manga, i hadn't, even if it still got me emotional.

However,the manga has ist own charme, i even like the sketchy art sometimes, but that is just me.

Still, if you have seen the Anime, there is no Point in rereading the manga, u can just go on from the Point u left oft, except for the jairo Scenes which were already mentioned and the 2 kurapica Special chapters.

And the facial expressions, the anime is good but the facial expressions can never top the ones drawn by Togashi, excepted for Gon( and maybe Hisoka) in the anime, MH really did an excellent job with his portrayal.

It's a joke I think. But I am sure other Troupe members will die, not sure about Kurapika.

Well, have to remember that Kurapika's skills can only kill spiders and if he uses it to kill anyone else he will die. So it's quite possible that there could be a scenario where an ex troupe member or even the prince becomes part of Kurapika's bloodlust and he's willing to kill himself in the process to kill said prince. In that sense Kurapika would die because he ended up using the power which was only for the troupe on a target whom technically wasn't a phantom troupe member

Keep in mind that it depends on whenever Kurapika sees the person as a member of the Ryodan. For example, it doesn't apply to Hisoka, but it likely does for an ex-member especially if the person was part in the massacre of his clan.

Wow I just thought of something. The prince has all those Kurta eyes right? Well, remember when Hisoka left the troupe the members didn't really hate him because of it. They still kept in touch with him in greed island and even introduced Hisoka to the new member replacing him.

My point is that what if the prince is a former member of the troupe? It's possible he was a member in the past when the clan was massacred, and when Chrollo got bored or decided not to take them, the prince obtained them all as a result. Man oh man it would be so epic to see a scene with Kurapika and the Prince down the line and Kurapika says : "You aren't a member of the troupe... why do you have their eyes?!?!? " , Prince : " Correction.... WAS a member of the troupe" * boom final page Kurapika with Scarlett eyes* *6 month hiatus* lmao

Yeah I agree, I was just correcting the other poster who implied all of his abilities had the restriction.

The healing chain is OP though when his eyes go red.
