Had no idea that there was a whole Mafia game forum here. I remember the good old times playing and creating Mafia games with dozens of people in the old DC forum with Black Organisation members like Gin, Vodka, Vermouth and so on being roles you can be as Mafia player and lotsa townie roles with also names from the show like the detective boys who knew each other since the start of the game and could follow somebody in the night and such. I remember how I as Bourbon disguised myself as Kogoro (who was like a drunk detective so my investigations were never really "safe"/100 percent sure) and I gained a following of 6 townies behind me with my pms as the detective boys followed me and saw me as Kogoro. XD
And then I used them to kill one of our own as we investigated a traitor from the CIA among us (it was Vermouth, lol), got their trust with that action and then I went on and on to kill townies with them following my lead while having them killed one by one off in the night by my fellow mafia buddies. Oh boy, was that awesome when we won and the last three townies of my group where like "What? You were a mafia all along? Holy crap!". XD
Now that forum's gone though for quite some time and I haven't played it since then~

What kinda roles would be there for Game of Thrones Mafia? I would like it if we could use names from the book/show for some of those jobs or stuff like knight and priester instead of detective and doctor.^^

I would guess the roles will be the same as the ones that appear in the rules thread, but some with different names.

I see.
So you guys do not play with items?
In the DC mafia games we gave our characters items, usually due what they had/wear/etc in the show, like glasses, bow, and other specific items like a police badge (could ofc be fake but you cannot find that out^^) or a first aid bag (could also be fake) and people could find out that kinda stuff through their actions in the night and gains hints who they could be.
Like if you find out somebody wears glasses but said somebody tells you he is Kogoro, who never wears glasses but who got a moustache which also an item XD, then you knew he was lying but you didn't know yet if he was lying due being a mafia guy or one of the townies trying to take on another role to protect himself from snipers during the day (who could kill somebody if they knew their role during day-light, ofc if they were wrong/tricked they would be captured by the police, so it was risky expct you had Vermouth and other agents who could investigate people or steal items from them) and such.

Yes it's sure and he was allowed to host even thouh he's still in the hall of shame. Xadyu was allowed to join the last game even though he was also in the Hall of Shame. Exceptions.
