Yes it's sure and he was allowed to host even thouh he's still in the hall of shame. Xadyu was allowed to join the last game even though he was also in the Hall of Shame. Exceptions.

I can understand the Ust exception as its hosting, but why Xadyu? It's silly as there is no point in having a punishment if it is not being enforced. =/

Well there was a long break between games so I guess time added a bit to it. I dunno if a time reference is as fair as a game number reference though.

Make that Christmas present clear. Was it a removal of his 3-Game Hall of Shame punishment or just an exception for one game which is Game 41 (Fairy Tail)?

He's banned for 3 games, Game 40-42. So if it's the latter, I will remove him to the list of participants of Game 42 (Game of Thrones).
