Last Person to Post Wins - Fallout

Cuz it's awesome

Cyberpunk!

What's awesome about it? The "low life" and high tech emphasis of the stories?

[benelori]

You watch/read all of these?

• Megazone 23
• Goku Midnight Eye
• Cyber City Oedo 808
• Bubblegum Crisis
• A.D. Police: Dead End City

Hey hey, don't go all wikipedia on me

These are the ones I haven't tried...and from what I can see the only interesting one is Cyber City Oedo

Well cyberpunk is a bit more than that, but that's appealing too I guess...leaning more towards the high tech part

where the fuck is PROJECT AKO?

[benelori]

where the fuck is PROJECT AKO?

Or Biomega, or Eden: It's an endless world

But I do not consider Project Ako as cyberpunk to be honest

[gnut]

I like cyberpunk more than mecha...blame it on ako or dominion tank police or fight:iczer one or battle angel alita.

early early influences...I was more a hot cyborg chick man than I was a mobile suit lover

[benelori]

Haha...I totally get it...I don't like mecha either

And since you brought hot cyborg chicks....I present you my most anticipated video game...I think ever ...Cyberpunk 2077

That design

[Faust]

Cyberpunk settings seems very polluted and filthy like modern day Manila. I don't like Manila.

Well in some cases yeah, but not all...is Manila very high-tech too?

That's your avatar before right?

Yep

[Faust]

is Manila very high-tech too?

The opposite.

[gnut]

project ako is cyber punk....
cyborgs and genetically enhanced beings...it wasn't ghost or akira, but definitely cyber based.

if you consider battle angel cyber...than ako has to be

[benelori]

It's a stretch, but I see what you mean...personally for me, cyborgs are not enough to make something cyberpunk

Robots doesn't mean it's cyber punk
