I don't know about Juvia, Wendy, and Lucy given they're not high tiered enough. Erza is also too hurt to fight, so it would be just as "downgrading" for a severely hurt Erza to beat Irene even if it's one against many. But I agree otherwise, those four (minus Zeref if Natsu is fighting him) should lose due to team effort. Though, I guess we'll see if Irene will fight Team Natsu-Gray, it depends on how her feeling towards Erza is. If she's the sister, she may have been sadistic towards Hisui and her father due to her parents; if mother then it could be due to Erza's father or her own parents, which somehow caused her to lose Erza.
Do you mean degrading though?
Where Natsu and underestimating him come from? I don't think I was talking about that at all.
2. Example: Erza could be killed, or be in the state that she's in right now, and still somehow manage to go full power and kill her super powerful opponent, just because nakama and not wanting to give up due to nakama. NAKAMA
3. How so? What makes magic similar to water? Though if it's fire, Natsu might be at a disadvantage unless IRene can produce uber duber super powerful fire that not even Natsu or Igneel could match. But I don't think Irene is limited to just katon no jutsu, she's considered among the top 5 mages for a reason.
Erza is likely on Spriggan level, but lulz at you thinking they'd turn Bradman to dust in a second. Highly doubt it. Spriggan level doesn't make sense anyway, if August and IRene are considered part of Spriggan, because the power levels vary. It's all about the matchups.
Why would Erza be fighting when she's wounded very badly? She has to be healed first, otherwise she'll just get in the way and cause the team to lose much quicker. Too bad we didn't get any indication of how Irene felt about Erza - but then if she does love her, then she might be pissed at Natsu and others for being responsible for Erza's state and attack them.
