well, I just like to add that deleting posts don't make any sense, considering we have reds, blues, ustegius and hosts, so you're limiting the visibility only for certain people. In addition to that, if there's really something to delete do it yourself, why I the world would you ask somebody else. And spam in a fun thread, Outrageous! Right?

Anyways, I didn't quite get the game mechanics and this "kill" system. So each of us "challenges" somebody (via pm to host, or openly?), and then the host flips a coin to determine the winner, and the winning team picks someone to receive a power that is distributed randomly, but the team has to pick someone first? And that only happens after two wins in a row (example in op) .. I'd like to have some clarification here later.

Was gonna make a comment about shitty matchmaking, but on second thoughts both team red and blue are quite equal and balanced in terms of good players. Not like being good changes your % in the event, but still nice touch.

Game system looks very nice, Panda keeps coming up with these interesting systems. I take it that getting a kill in a skirmish doesn't kill the other person right?
We may need countdowns for skirmishes too or having them 2 times a day for everyone who missed them to participate, like it was in the harry potter game.

Well let me explain it.
Once a day there will be a skirmish - an event that lasts for some time, in which we openly post who we fight. Based on some % which we don't know, we either get a kill or not.
At the end of the phase(not day, but phase), the team(either red or blue) with the most kills total gets to pm the host at night who to give a random cool power. The catch: every player in the winning team has to submit who he wants to give the power to in private to the host. This way we can't really all talk with each other and decide who gets it, everyone just votes for someone privately and the most loved guy gets it.

There will be a given period of time during each phase when the players can "Blue player challenges Red player". The result is a coin flip. If the player wins the 1v1, they get a kill which will be added to your team's score at the end. The winner team gets a random power, they will be able to vote for the person from their team who will receive the power privetly via pm. The person with the most votes will get the power.

So it's a coin toss - a 50% chance if you will. Say Kat, if you fail at getting a kill do you end up feeding a kill to the enemy team? Or does a kill only happen if the attacker wins? I'm wondering if there may be advantages to not fighting anyone in order not to feed.

Well, in order for you to think along those lines we'd have to reopen the talks about "how many mafia are in each team".
It's most likely that there's 2-3 guys on 1 team, and 2 guys alone won't mess it up. For 3 though...
We could talk at the end of day 2 who we are all gonna use the power on. But we could also end up giving it to a mafia, not to mention that people could still vote for someone else during the night because nobody can see who you ended up voting for.

Yeah, because that's totally a reason to not delete posts. You have to press on 'view post' btw, so only if they make the deliberate effort, they'll see the stank memes.

Correct. We announce what power will be available, and everyone else can vote for during the Night Phase.

It might be worded badly, but it's all about 'who got more kills'. What team won more coin flips after two day phases. The one with more coin flips wins. The 'two wins in a row' was to indicate that both those days, they got more coin flip wins.

Correct, it's a kill, not a votekill/lynch or night kill (since its not night).

Feeding a kill isn't included in the game mechanics, one party receives the kill. You can choose not to give someone else a kill, but you have no hand in being challenged or not.

Feeding a kill isn't included in the game mechanics, one party receives the kill. You can choose not to give someone else a kill, but you have no hand in being challenged or not.

So if you fail your coin toss the enemy you challenged gets the kill. Meaning that it's a viable strategy to not risk fighting at all if your team has a comfortable advantage already.

There are 22 players in this game, which means that there could be 6 mafia around...
However I do agree that there might be also a third party.

I would normally assume that there are 2 killing parties or more. Maybe 2 mafias, 1 mafia 1 3rd party etc. Especially so since Panda pulled something like that off with a smaller game than this one.

But I'm not too sure, since there are 4 phases up to day 9 which could mean that Panda expects a longer game. Guess we'll have to wait for the first night to find out for sure.
