Gray and Erza with moderate to high difficulty. Gray in his last fight against Natsu has shown to be at least equal, and until Natsu transforms into END we don't know his potential. Erza also has stronger plotsu so she beats Mira, and they both team up on Natsu. Natsu would get roflstompe.

With END power, he is stronger too, but the more demonised END becomes the more effective Gray will be, so in the end Gray could win. So on that, I call Gray > Natsu if we say he's using END power, Natsu > Gray if Natsu doesn't demonise at all... = draw.

Erza > Mira, so there's the deal breaker.

Then I say tie. Natsu w/o DF > Gray, and Erza > Mira... by about the same amount. I'll choose Natsu's team though (for the poll) since he's the strongest here.

Mira > Erza now because Mira got her powerup and Erza did not. Erza did not show any superior feats to Mira with base soul till now. If we talk about feats Erza did not show any to put her above Mira. Mira could evaporate river and now sea. She had macro (may be she is not mastered it yet) but more importantly far more raw power then Erza. If someone brings Ajeel fight then let's remember he clashes with Lisanna right now ^_^ .Natsu with FDKM is >= IDSM angry Gray, also no END means no slayer advantage for Gray. So mid-high dif for Natsu and Mira.

Hmm, this is a pretty good matchup. I would say that Erza > Mirajane, even though they're still moderately close. I think Mira gets underestimated a lot, just because Hiro doesn't like to give her good battles. Other than that Erza still outclasses her, in a high diff fight.
Now normally, I would say Gray DES is slightly stronger than Natsu in his base mode (Natsu in his partial END mode was a bit above Gray with DES. However considering only Natsu's hands transformed, and just looking feat wise, I would say that Partial END is not that much stronger than base Natsu). However Natsu has his Fire Dragon King Mode. Which puts him solidly on Laxus's tier. He alone in this mode would finish Erza, and defeat Gray. So I say Natsu and Mirajane.
Hell, a more fair matchup would be Natsu vs Gray and Erza. Then, it would be a lot closer, and maybe, just maybe, Gray and Erza would win.

The only reason why E.N.D had difficult against Gray is because of slayer advantage.
Current Natsu who's not E.N.D beats Gray with mid-difficulty at best.

Stop thinking Erza is Mirajane tier, with current feats Mirajane is Kagura tier and Erza is Ajeel tier.
Erza beats Mirajane with midhigh-difficulty and at the end Natsu can easily beats Erza.

Natsu & Mirajane wins.
Natsu > Gray > Erza > Mirajane.

Handing it to Gray and Erza, mainly since Gray can pretty much one-shot/stomp Mira at any point if she goes into a Satan Soul, and if she doesn't then she's getting absolutely wrecked by Erza.

Haha, you can make that thread if you like, but i can pretty much guarantee that the poll would be completely one-sided with Gray and Erza on top. The two of them would low diff Natsu imo, and i'd wager most others wouldnt call it more than a mid diff win for Erza and Gray.
