The way I see it, it's 2 Yonkou on Luffy's side, 2 vs. Luffy beating the hell out of Kaidou and BB and having Shanks and Big Mom as allies.

He already had this with Whitebeard and Shanks on his side.

During this arc, we'll see that Sanji's sister isn't actually that bad. It's already been hinted when she saved Luffy. She then was shown in the flashback to take care of Sanji's wounds and saying that she only did it to avoid being bullied. I believe her in that.

So there it goes, I think that she'll turn on her brothers and father to favour Sanji and the SH.

As far as Ryokugyu being Luffy's mother is concerned, we know next to nothing on either character for that to be immediately dismissed. Rather, I'd say it's unlikely as I don't see Oda going that route with whoever Luffy's mother is but it'd be an interesting twist; seeing as Fujitora and Ryokugyu were recruited after the war.

As for Luffy's mother possessing the wind fruit, I don't think this is the case. Over the years many have made a bet on Dragon possessing this particular fruit, because of the incident in Loguetown that you referred to and this page (ch794) especially that gets me:

See the penultimate panel with Dragon carrying Sabo and it looks as though he landed on the ship with the wind. This would further explain the page you linked above from ch 539 with Dragon always facing towards East Blue no matter where in the world he is.

That's can't true. Oda did confirm in SBS that Ryokugyu is in fact a male.

I don't think so. All we know is that Ryokugyu and Fujitora joined in the same period after the war. Real name and gender are unknown.

I unfortunately can't specify in which SBS it was but Oda did say in SBS that "he" (Ryokugyu) is super duper cool. He was also talking there were two other potential candidates that are ridiculously strong but didn't make the cut and operate as vice admirals now. And I think one of them was a woman. But Oda did in fact confirm that Ryokugyu is a man

I have a theory that Luffy's mother is in fact a prisoner of WG, and the main reason is because she is Gol D. Roger's daughter.

That's why Dragon hates the WG, abandon his only son and is trying to destroy it.

I think that Garp didn't do anything to save her, just like he didn't do nothing to protect Ace. Futhermore he was a marine.

Another point of this theory is that makes Luffy a blood relative of Gol D. Roger.

As nice as that would be, I do believe that Ryokugyu will be male. Not just because of the SBS, but Oda drew out this image in Volume 70:

Which is the Japanese actor Mifune Toshiro with bull horns. Going by Oda's design conventions when comes to the Admirals, basing them of of actors, it is likely that Green Bull will be male and look resemble this guy.

The only consolation we'd get would be if Oda showed Momousagi in the series. According to Oda in the SBS, she was one of the choices for Admirals before Fujitora and Ryokugyu showed up.

Bobbin is a Gelo-Gelo Devil Fruit user. He is a gelatine man. Able to produce gelatin and turn other things into gelatin. That is perhaps the reason he makes 'boyoyoyon' sounds (imagine a shaking piece of gelatin) and his head is all shaky because of that too.
