Well, to tell you the truth, this is actually what I want to happen.
I wouldn't say they're pissed, Its just people scanlate as a hobby. And if a group has been doing a series for a long time, obviously they enjoy the series and Editing it. if its been going on for a while they've potentially put hundreds of hours into getting the series out to the readers. The harsh truth about Edited Manga is that if you don't release first, 99% of people won't read your release. So when another group picks up a series you've put so much effort into for no real reason and starts releasing faster just because they can, you can't just expect those people to take it lying down and stop working on the series. Of course picking up something other people are already doing a good job of and have been doing for ages is going to cause sparks to fly. Its disrespectful, although no one seems to care for that. If they want to do the series so badly, they should help rather than compete... But of course they don't because they have ulterior motives for picking up the series in the first place.

I don't really believe in "Honor Among Thieves". Hobby or not, it's not something you've had rights to. If someone else wants to pick it up they can, and it's not disrespectful because the series isn't your property. In this case all the series belong to Jump. If it's disrespectful to anyone it's disrespectful to Viz Media and US Shonen Jump. If the translators of the Edited Mangas places love the hobby so much maybe they should seek a professionals career in translating

When Fallen Angel's was translating MHA, they made a commitment to only translate the manga on Mondays after the Viz release for people that couldn't get Viz. It pissed some people off because the raws were out and they had to wait 4 days for a translated chapter. IMO it allowed Mangastream to steal their readers, and really until recently they began translating it early again. Imo they should've just kept sticking to what they were doing on Mondays since it makes them seem more honorable (ironic I know)Camille is perfectly balanced
