I wonder if Kishimoto will draw Asta to celebrate the anime, just like he did for Izuku. Maybe that was a special case, idk.

Well considering BC has less than 1/5 of Naruto's sales per volume, it would mean there's even less of an overlap audience. 1/5 of Naruto is not the kind of thing Pierrot would want to gamble on, even considering the new audience it will attract. Five times the money is A LOT, and it's probably considerably more if you include merchandise ect.

Edit: Scrap that, I made it sound like BC would earn 1/5 of Naruto. It wouldn't even get close to that if it was a huge success, that how big the Naruto franchise is. It cannot be replaced by anything at this point aside OP, which they don't have access to.

I am very intrigued for Spring Weapon N.1. For now is the only remaining survivor from last group (Demon's Plan, Red Sprite, Ole Golazo, Amalgalm, etc), is ranking better than Samon or Gintama, and even got that 4th place last week.

Still, is the most forgotten manga outside Japan for us. I wonder what will be its destiny.

It's actually the worst ranking series in the magazine right now, and has been in the bottom 8 out of 10 times it ranked. It surviving is entirely a WSJ staff decision.

Naruto is a guaranteed money maker, Black Clover is not, that'll be like cancelling One Piece for Toriko since its newer. As far as anyone knows it doesn't have an established fanbse yet its just speculation and even now its not much for you can say that Pierrot should just drop all their attention n Naruto into it.

But when Naruto anime started there wasn´t a broader audience like today, when it has 500+ episodes. It´s starting from the bottom what I refer

Naruto was a huge seller even before the anime came, BC is doing worse than Toriko did before its anime and yet people think its going to double in sales once it gets animated? I would concede if the story was THAT good and the characters were amazingly written but come on man people aren't that stupid.

Its easier for a low selling series to double in sales than a high selling series, so its not that impossible for BLack Clover to even get a 100% increase ^_^

Horikoshi turned in some unfinished panels during the Hideout arc which people thought was a cool effect in which he fixed later in the tanks. BC had some unfinished art in the last chapter as well. Happens all the time.

The MHA chapter just needs a few touches before print. The BC chapter just needs to fill in a few panels. Compared to Togashi's usual work its not a big deal.

I don't think it's printing error, the second half of the chapter feels like Horikoshi is straggling with deadline....not just the art, something in the chapter itself feels off...

Well, the introduction the horn girl and villain feels like need more build up.......
