Mag Talk Weekly Young Jump (2007 - 2021)

[RafaFedKilla]

Damn. Full Drum is really dropping in the ToC...

[Ecchi Boy]

First volume of Lycanthrope Bouken Hoken comes out in April.

[jagman1x3]

Kaguya will be on break in issue 18.

Can't wait to pick up this and Full Drum. Probably August Outlaw in WSM too. There's just something to Nishi's art that makes it so endearing.

[G_I_A]

Uratarou went up a little, yay.

Uratarou volume 1 is getting ANOTHER reprint? GG.

[Mammo]

The art for Blue Phobia oneshot is so similar to TG art

I skimmed through the mangaka's twitter and it doesn't look like she's one of Ishida's assistants

Well I guess if you look at the third column on the left page, you'll get an idea as to why.

I mean,
"mangas liked : 'Level E'; 'Tokyo Ghoul:Re' "

[Mammo]

she also liked Planetes, nice taste, I have my issues with the first part of TG but I don't dislike it

anyway, she have the most refined artstyle among all of the entries in the Shinman Cup so far and it appeal to the TG's fans that buy the magazine so it got that going for her which is nice

[RafaFedKilla]

Just in time for the first volume release, the YJ audience better not let me down.

What was the winner of the shin man cup last year?

[Mammo]

Last year I think the prize was shared by 2 oneshots Kanojo no Hontou and Tamata〜Kuro Tights de Kerimasu〜

the GP before that was won by Kunoichi no Ichi

Dead bottom? Yeah... Now it's doomed.

[RafaFedKilla]

Dead bottom? Yeah... Now it's doomed.

It can survive, Premax survived like two years at the bottom.

[G_I_A]

Why this thread is so dead? Young Jump is SOOO much better than the shunkan ;/

[raikou]

Seems like no matter what, shonen will always be the most popular demographic.

[kewl0210]

YJ's definitely got some good stuff going right now. A lot isn't scanlated though.
