That's not what I remember. Just mainly them getting along, having a good time, and a lot of things showing they had feelings for each other.There's literally only 1 chapter with Natsu and Lisanna in their childhood, and it's the omake with Happy's egg. Lisanna joked about Natsu about being his wife. Natsu said that Lisanna was one of those magesaki (マセガキ), which means "precocious brat". I wouldn't consider this a solid example of Natsu liking Lisanna. Lisanna crushing on Natsu, maybe.
Lucy does seem very demi-sexual. Her bf list was more like if she had to pick someone in a relationship. She does have feelings for Natsu (one year confirmed) so she seems inbetween a and demi-sexual. Natsu seems kinda interested but not so it would seem like their sexualities would work.

Dude, there was only one chapter of them together as kids which was only that omake of Happy's egg and nothing more ever since. And even there doesn't show they had or would have feelings for each other. You must be talking about them fillers which they had a lot of moments there but the manga barely shown much of them that you're suggesting

Agreed.Lucy looks always great in his scarf. I love it when she has his scarf on as it signifies and emphasises the bond they have with each other as Natsu only let's a few people touch his scarf let alone wear it. And again she really rocks that scarf.
The scarf was so the curse wave wouldn't kill him. Now that Zeref isn't a threat he didn't need it so he can give it away (possibly to his future child

Well which is why I ask. On that cover, not only romantic love, but also are there friendship (Wendy, Sherria, and Carla) and platonic/father-daughter love (Gildarts and Cana). I think if we compare Laxus and Mira to the foursome, they are in the same boat. They started as enemy (Mira hates Laxus; Minerva took Lector hostage. No strong bond between the foursome under Jiemma regime), and then changed and 'love' each other. There was no romantic scene from these two pairing/foursome. However, I agreed though, the foursome should have been there.
I agree with most of what you said but the main difference is that there is actual hinting that Sting and Rogue have grown closer with Yukino and Minerva respectively over the time-skip whereas Laxus and Mirajanes post time-skip interactions (if they even have any) provide no indication that they care more about each other than anyone else in the guild or have any sort of special bond. Going by what we've actually seen from these characters post time-skip, it would have made more sense for Laxus to be with the Thundergod tribe (remember that hug) and for Mirajane to be with her siblings considering those are the relationships that they care about the most, and not with each other. I honestly hate criticizing this pairing because I realize that it had a lot of potential in earlier arcs but now it seems like Hiro is trying to force a pairing to be believable through chapter covers instead of actually developing it like he did with practically every other pairing on that cover.
