I feel like Juvia suffers a little for residing in the ocean of Waifu's that is Fairy Tail. In another series she would be known simply as "best girl".

This was a really hard choice because Juvia is my favourite girl in Fairy Tail. But I'm voting for Touka. I appreciate characters with depth and unfortunately Juvia suffers from being part of the Fairy Tail cast. Touka is very strong. She took someone like Ken Kaneki who wanted nothing more than to die, and showed him how to love. How to live. Now that there might be a child in the works, she's also given him something to fight for. Also, Touka won last years Waifu Wars. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

It was a difficult choice. Simply because Juvia is really sweet and waifu material even though she is a FT character.

But Touka (thanks chap 125) was so natural, so adorable and so lovingly... I can't vote for anyone else.
