Definetly not on the level of Mard but i will say stronger than Kyoka if we take Hades's statement into account.And also his performance against Gildarts as he was able to go on par with him for some amount of time.If GMG Gildarts is stronger than GMG Jura i will say Bluenote is on the level very near to GMG Jura who should be stronger than Erza at that time who had defeated Kyoka.

D-6 was originally a fodder robot from Star Wars who thought he needed a second gig because Shanks has a part time job in fairy tail but sadly the director wanted him as Avatar fodder instead so he had just bad luck all around.

Abel had Cain's doll but at least Cain (as weak as he was) had super strength. Abel on the other hand has a super weak body. So take the doll away and he's nothing.

Zoledo could capture humans, control them, and weaken his opponents through human subordination magic which is like a weak version of Macro.

Well i was assuming Abel would keep the doll, i mean, that's the only thing he's shown. and in that case, he would fodderize Lamy (who is the fodder who fought equally with Lisanna in Tartaros) and Zoldeo.
I might not remember Zoldeo that well, when you talk about him he seems decently strong... Whereas i only remember him as the worst member of Grimoire Heart by far.

As a guild, Avatar is probably weaker than any of the Ballam Alliance - hence why they are not a part of it. Arlock with Ikusatsunagi might be the exception to this. I strongly suspect that Arlock had to use the lost attribute, or something similar to it, to summon Ikusatsunagi. After all, this was where Gray picked up on the idea. Maybe that was what the whole thing about him burning his face is all about. He had to sacrifice his face to get enough power to summon the god of war.
