Different matter here.Hades made her the leader not Azuma.Even Azuma was scared of her.


She can easily use Arc of time to return any spells of Azuma back to it's original seeds.

Okay what the fuck is this? Are people seriously debating whether or not Ultear is stronger than Azuma and the likes of Zancrow?
The top 2 in Grimoire Heart are BlueNote and Ultear (Outside of Hades), this isn't even debetable, thinking that Zancrow even stands a chance against Ultear is nothing short of preposterous
Like @natsulucy said, she can turn all of Azuma's attacks into seeds with her arc of Time.
Regarding Sayla, I agree, she is powerful, but really people.....do you think her Macro can work on everyone in this rating? WTF, the strongest person her Macro has worked on is Tartaros Erza. Hades, Mard Geer, Bluenote and all the other people above her are above this. Silver and Kyouka are literally stronger than Sayla
She is haxxy yes, but she's a freaking glass cannon. The people above her can cast their hax faster than hers, plus their durability and other stats make up in place of hers.

don't see how people can rate post skip LFDM on the level of Tenrou LFDM.

during Tenrou, he had every bit of Laxus' power+ huge PoF.

his roar was basically the size of an island in length and it beat down Hades with Heart who is much above Shitnote.

its laughable to compare it to post skip LFDM.

Tenrou Laxus ain't much different than GMG Laxus and GMG Natsu with LFDM gets low - mid diff by Laxus but beats him with Tenrou LFDM easy diff.

and Natsu was below Minerva during GMG, not to mention he was pissed when he used LFD attack on Jiemma.

The finest ass in Fiore, Ultear Milkovich is the general of the Seven Kin of Purgatory. Interestingly enough, she was also affiliated to two other factions prior to the reveal on Tenrou Island arc; the Magic Council and Reitei-sama's group on Galuna Island who were after one of the demons from the Book of Zeref, Deliora. Ultear's mother, Ur, was killed casting Iced Shell to seal away the evil Demon, and ever since that day, Ultear's goal was to create a world of magic that would allow her to be reunited with her mother. Her Lost Magic, Arc of Time allows her to control the time of objects, which also includes living things, but this was a power she awakened after the Tenrou Island arc. She is able to grant mages access to their second and third origins, granting them immense power.She is also capable of wielding Ice Magic like her mother, but her strongest move is undoubtedly Last Ages, a technique that allows her to reset the time of the world but at the cost of her own time.

Finally Ultear is out. Now things should go the way I predicted them.. I hope.
Next should be Zero. He should've been out a while ago, I see him as a solid mid-tier "Gate of Tartaros". He was impressive in the Oracion Seis arc, but that was a looong time ago. Besides, Oracion Seis DF Natsu < LFD Tartaros Natsu < Tenrou LFD Natsu. And Natsu beat Zero in his DF, while he was equal to Tempesta with his LFD. So there's that.
