The alter ego of Brain, Zero is technically the guild master of the Oracion Seis, but for the most part he is inactive. This is because Brain himself feared Zero greatly and used the members of the Oracion Seis to seal Zero away with Organic Link magic. Although Brain himself is a cruel and manipulative man, Zero is far worse, being completely obsessed with destruction. Zero's philosophy is quite simple: if something has a physical form, it should be destroyed, regardless of whether the subject is a live being or an inanimate object. As well as being far more evil than Brain, he is also far more powerful, both magically and physically. Zero's mastery of Darkness magic allows him to use Dark Capriccio as a whip, also being capable of firing multiple beams at once. However, Zero's most powerful spell is Genesis Zero, a spell that seeks out the target and erases them from existence, with it being so overwhelming that Natsu had to be in Dragon Force and use a Secret Art to overpower it.

And finally Zero is out! Phew, now everything seems like it's going as I was predicted.
Next should be Bluenote or Silver. While personally I rank Silver higher than Kyoka, it seems that I'm the only person who thinks that way. And since Bluenote definetly got a low score from some members(looking at you @Jean Grey), I think it's pretty likely that he's the next one in linel.

A member of Tartaros and the leader of the Nine Demon Gates, Kyoka possesses the Enhancement Curse, an ability that lets her increase her own strength as she wishes in battle, but also which can be used to increase the strength of other mages. She can affect the senses of other people as she wishes, which also extends to sexual pleasure as well. People who are not capable of withstanding her enhancements all die and turn into puppets, as shown by the entirety of Succubus Eye. Kyoka has also shown the ability to absorb the Curse Power from other demons, something she did to Sayla before her final battle with Erza. Additionally, she can use Body Link Magic, as evidenced by linking herself with FACE moments before its activation to hasten the process.
The difference between her and 4th place is only 0.02 points.

Side note: How is she out before Silver? She's stronger than him ​

She should cream Bluenote (okay that was a little farfetched), she was mard's right hand and it took erza her highest amount of POF pre TS to beat kyouka.
She should be no. 3. I think bluenote gets his due just for fighting gildarts 1 on 1 even if that was way back in tenrou.

The wiki lists Sensation Curse as Enhancement btw, which is why I used the term. The general definition is the same but I preferred the wiki

Bluenote wasn't stuck on Tenrou island and would have grown in the 8 years from x784 to x792

Also x792 Natsu one shotting Bluenote means nothing as he can one shot majority of the Spriggan 12. Hell this is the same dude who put down FH Zeref.
