At early part the story is relatively weak but that lol twist the alien guy being a scum tricked made it interesting.
imo if this get serialization the story should focus on alien scum adventure in the galaxy rather centered on big bro and imouto and in earth.
The part of him tricked the others alien to mating with fish was intriguing one lol

Eh, that one shot was pretty mediocre. The "action" was bland and the attacks had little weight to them. I can't tell what kind of story this guy is trying to create here.

I'm guessing because they were fans of Psyren? I don't know, I tried reading it multiple times but I couldn't get through the beginning. I heard it got better and had some hype moments, but I just couldn't get to it.

Idk about that. But Detective Coman has for the last weeks been lagging behind DBS.

Whereas it usual be competing with OP for top 4 or 5 and sometimes top 3

^Lead-ins hardly if not ever have an effect on the shows that come after. People are not going to suddenly forget Conan is on. This is also not the first time Super has beaten it this year alone ever since the U6 tournament arc last year its ratings have been in close proximity one one another.

The stain arc was the one that had more wall texts and long conversations hindering the battles, it was more philosophy than actual action as far as I can remember, the pacing in the manga was terrible because of this, so I can understand. For me it is not hyped and famous at all.

I tell this to Dragonball fans all the time but content has nothing to do with how well an episode does, everything is pretty much largely dedicated by how well Doraemon and Shin-chan do that week and if they're absent everything is down across the board despite rankings going up. Doesn't mean that they hated the episode just they watch it during that time interval.
