I’d definitely love a big open world RPG, along the lines of Assansins Creed Origins or something in the elder scrolls series. The world would really lend itself to that sort of gameplay.

I would love to see that for a Fairy Tail game as well as and would you like to see an original story with original characters or not. Also I think there should be an open world game for Fairy Tail since the other Fairy Tail games are fighting games but there hasn't been an open game for Fairy Tail.

I think it would be better to go for original characters/ story where you could possibly meet up with the characters (join one of the guilds?) than do something where you play as an established character and follow the series’ storyline. I think doing the latter would probably limit the open world style too much...

I think they should go for an open world game after they built a gaming fan base. I rather get a fighting/action game right now and later down the line get a customization open world base game. I want to be the FT characters rather than creating person as well.

you can create a new mage like and add them onto the team and maybe we can unlock new clothes from certain arcs I mean Natsu's celestial outfit, his edolas outfit and yes his 7 year timeskip outfit not only him the others too

That sounds awesome and I would like to see that in a new Fairy Tail game. Also I hope those jigsaw puzzles aren't the games Mashima was talking about since puzzles are games.

those puzzles are pretty much useless its mostly new power ups from what I saw in games like to update your power for even stronger opponents

Fairy Tail is almost over now once both the anime and the manga are ended so i dont understand why the series never got a console game during its entire lifetime but other series like the Seven Deadly Sins and Black Clover got games really fast.
It got a few handheld games yea but no games on the big consoles.
In Japan the series is still very popular from what i have heard and seen.
Would be very cool if they released a big Fairy Tail game on the PS4 now that the final season of the anime is coming that shows the entire story from beginning to end.

It's disgusting, why why FT deserves a real game.

He has the world, the characters, for any type of game.

FT has access to success for that, why stayed on mobile gaming?

This is clearly discrimination, must not be abused.

In Japan Mobile Phone Games are extremely popular, since not all Japanese people live at home, many of them are on the streets or at school.

So the games for Moviles, are exaggeratedly popular and allow to spread a brand more easily to be less expensive than console.

Remember that in Japan is very different from the West, and we do not know that despite having much more success than NNT and MHA, FT did not have console games outside of portable games despite having capabilities to achieve games of different types, perhaps it is a Marketing strategy that worked well in Japan
