It will.I already read up to chapter 0-3 and i am already hooked to it.

And i know the shot.After all i saw both Anime seasons.


This reminds me Berserk has the First Rank in MAL.

Yeah, the anime seasons FAR worse than the manga too. Like not even comparable to me, so you in for a good ride if you liking it already. Overall, the very early stuff some of the worse Berserk has to offer IMO (comparatively).

Berserk's my Most Favourite Manga,definitely an enjoyable ride and got some of the best Dialogue Manga Medium has to offer for me as well as great Lore and Interactions among Characters.
Furthermore it got the biggest Legend as the MC meaning Guts,and an amazing Group of Villains with the Godhand and an amazing(currently) Main Villain with Griffith IMO.
Early Berserk probably is loaded with the more Dark Moments the Series has to offer yet got one of the best Arcs in Manga for me,which you shall see soon as well.
Glad to hear you're liking it already and got hooked on it,you made a good Choice by starting/getting into it with the Manga instead of Anime Series or the Golden Age Triology i personally watched the various Adaptions of Berserk in the Anime Medium and there Isn't a Single Adaption thats even comparable to the greatness that is the Manga of Berserk in my humble Opinion. Although to be fair the Golden Age Triology may not be that Good as a watch and an Adaption of Berserk but still its "Watchable" hardly have any Complaints about it since it covers most of Early Berserk and leads into the Main Part as well and then ends there however the Animation is something i disliked and some Key Scenes and Plot Points had been taken out which definitely weaken the Enjoyment for me especially since i had watched it after catching up to the Manga.
For Anime Only's that want to go over to the Manga after the Golden Age Triology i can only say they lack Important Knowledge of currently being rehashed Plot Points.
I can see why some People would dislike Berserk as well though,both Manga or Anime,it is pretty dark at times and that can for some either be too much as in they probably couldn't handle it or just not their Thing and give a total turn Off on it.
However if that isnt an issue for a Person then they can be in for a great Smooth Ride,packed with Enjoyable and "Alive" Characters and a great Story to match furthermore i'd say that Berserks Cast is one of the best there is for me apart from the FMA Cast.

Enjoy your Berserk Ride for it is packed with sheer HYPE.

Yeah that's the Original Anime,still lacks some Key Scenes for me but its certainly the most enjoyable off them all imo.

Madhouse did a pretty good pretty good job in animating Monster.They adapted panel by panel of it.

One of my friends who was Berserk reader long before me told me that Berserk's art style prevent it from being animated properly.Is it true?

I'm no expert on it but if the Right Animation Studio takes care of it that won't be a problem imo.
I mean One Punch Man has insane Art as well and got an amazing Adaption regardless.

If it was animated well,i don't doubt it would have got huge sells.

I do think Berserk's art is a little harder to adapt than OPM's. It has a lot of tone to it. The OG anime of Berserk I hear is closer to that tone, but obviously, is dated and skips some things too. Not to mention it is far more explicit than OPM too. OPM got those amazing action panels/sequences, whereas Berserk has some panels that have a ton of meaning/tone basically.

Well the 1997 Anime used hand drawn images compared to now,which makes difficult now to adapt.
