Much like it was decided that Dragonball Kai would have 98 episodes or Dragonball super to have 131 half a year in advance or even more, this might be the case. It doesn't mean Boruto won't return or anything though, but the bright side for you is that Bleach director will be free to do the final arc if he wants.

Oh, I remember the liquid alien one. Not sure how it'll work as a full series, but given it's about a cute boy who's constantly melting out of his clothes I'm sure it'll be the Next Big Thing™.

I was wondering when someone was going to post that. I wish YYH got a reboot instead of just an OVA though. Then again, we all know how that ended up with Hoshin Engi.

I honestly don't want a reboot for the sheer fact that it'll try to be more "faithful" like Sailor Moon Crystal was. The YYH manga wasn't that good and the anine improved on it by eliminating all the useless elements and knowing the best place to end.

I think it would be better to get anime remakes for manga that need them. If done right, the results can be excellent, just look at new anime for Jojo, Hunter x Hunter and Captain Tsubasa(I haven't watched the new anime for this, but I've heard a lot of good things about it). If done wrong, we get things like Hoshin Engi... I wonder what the next remake is going to be.

Trust me, if Mx0 got animated I would be beyond ecstatic but that's pretty much impossible. A manga reboot would be much more plausible, but even that has a low chance of happening.

The YYH anime was way better than the manga. Akiyuki Shinbo really elevated the manga in the anime and I doubt he'll come back if a reboot comes.

Please no Psyren reboot. I was hyped for the Shaman King reboot but we all know what happened. I do respect his wishes though. Takeshi anime would be something I'd want or a Kinnikuman/Fist of the north star reboot. ****** Kamen never got an anime either so there's an option and if at least if Takeshi doesn't get an anime then give one to Jaguar.

Doubt Yasuhiro would want to. Jump practically forced him to keep it going, and he's happy with the ending.

Why would anyone in their right mind want a YYH remake? The staff working on the anime are now industry legends working in different places and when the anime was airing each of them tried to one up the other. It's a shame some of them like Akiyuki Shinbo, Atsushi Wakabayashi and others left before the Three Kings Saga but I still believe none of the other long running shonen adaptations come close in terms of high quality so consistently besides arguably Bleach, which funnily enough had the same director or Fullmetal Alchemist.

If anything I would like to se a new arc for YYH in which Togashi's drawer plans are done, have the spirit world be found out for kidnapping demons and brainwashing them just to come out as the good guys while stopping them then, stopping a conquest plan and battling king Enma should be a good arc the length of the dark tournament or a bit more.
About a Psyren anime, even though it's what I hope for the most, I would hate for it to get the Hoshin engi treatment, Iwashiro should be involved for it to be done right. Also after seeing Captain tsubasa reboot I hope Eyeshield 21 would also get a reboot in 2021 after Tada Shunsuke in done with LoGH.
