Well, I don’t think that she must say exactly these words, but the general outline of this scene, where Hak is the one throwing himself to protect Su-won and Yona gives Su-won some passionate speech that knocks some sense into him, is good.
You may argue if maybe Yona should rather say something like: ‘Since Hak risked his life to protect you, don’t even dare to make it pointless!’ would be better and if this speech should be a bit longer, but I think this are details. The general idea is good. It can be refined a bit, but it is good.

But Yona is guilty of the same crime. She killed Kum-ji who might have had a nice daughter whom he loved dearly, etc., so if Yona can be forgiven why not Su-won?now that would be a good way to show that how good yona is as a ruler.. that she isnt going to ignore someones crimes no matter how much good deeds they did afterwards or how close they are to her..
