Personally, this match and France vs Argentina was probably the best ones so far.

Belgium Honestly was disappointing until the very moment when Japan was leading 2-0 and they have wake up I look forward to Brazil vs Belgium.

One thing for sure Belgium can't start like that ( Carrasco shouldn't play ) they match with Brasil.

For me, it's 50/50 with 100 % on Neymar having additional shots for a movie

Every other sport that uses video review works like this, so yeah, probably.

In the NFL you have 3, but if the review goes your way you don't lose the opportunity to challenge. So if the ref keeps getting it wrong, you aren't penalized. Granted, different sport with more downtime, but yeah.
