Yes it's been low at times. But to date it's never bottomed out at the level of a Ziga. It has pretty much always fluttered at the top of the bottom or most of the time just above it. But like I said it's been gaining traction since around chapter 8. It is possible for a series that isn't particularly popular to improve same as one that is to fall out of favor. But I disagree with the notion that editors see a series that isn't doing well then go out of their way to force it down people's throats. Not a good business model. They probably do however see a series improving on its own and decide to capitalize on it, hence color pages and all the rest. That's what they should do. But no, they are not picking winners and losers and no, Jujutsu is not being given any special treatment. Any promotion it's getting is well deserved and that's not my opinion on the series but rather what I've observed in it's sales and improvement on rankings despite how it was doing initially which we can all agree wasn't great. Not catastrophic because it would have been gone already, but not great.

You literally have no proof that he was forced to continue. Either bad writing is bad or Togashi was forced to mske those decisions.

We've known from early on that the anime will adapt all of part 1, what we don't know yet (I think) is how long it'll take to do that. Ideally it'd be 39 or 50 eps of course but I don't think Gonzo's even had a series go past 1 cour since Saki almost 10 years ago, and we haven't had a series go more than two cour I think since Kaleido Star way back in 2004 (aside from a couple collaborations with international companies).

I haven't seen a single episode of the Boruto anime, movie nor have i read a chapter of the manga. But i had to check this episode out because a lot of famous animators and freelancers were hyping it up on twitter this past week (reminds of when animators hyped up the 22nd episode of Fate/Apocrypha on twitter). It was beautiful specially during the hand to hand combat. Also, the use of some old Naruto OST was very nice too.

I think what they meant was you don't announce characters voice actors that won't appear until the second or third cour before the show airs. Now is usually the cast in the first 1-4 episodes.
Sharkbait already answered but there's also a SHonen Jump panel Sunday at 11:15 AM PT so I'd personally expect it there if they were to announce a new series for Jump over the Viz panel.
I'm still holding faith since some series are adapted at ~5 chapters per episode and still work out extremely well, and I can kinda see HZ fitting that category simply due to how the chapters are constructed. But for that they'd need 3 cours... and I just can't see that happening. Gonzo's track record doesn't help either lol.
