Based on the Jump Starts which do you’d think is better between “Alice and Taiyo” and “Act-Age”?(I understand more of Act-Age is translated. Just asking to judge based on the 1st 3 chapters without context of the other chapters)

I think the first three of Alice and Taiyo are much more solid. Personally I think the first 10 chapters of Act-Age are extremely weak so it’s not difficult to outdo them, although I also can’t see Alice getting a better arc than Death Island so early on since it lacks the kind of gimmick Act-Age has which made it so interesting.

yeah this, given enough time (in heroaca case nearly 4 years), many series can have theyre first volume reach a million.

YonkouProduction got everything about OPM s2 wrong. I think it's time we stopped treating his words as the gospel because this is his 4th time.

I think he’s fairly reliable when it comes to magazine news. The times he was wrong was when it was anime news.

What were the other 3 times though?
There are a couple things I remember him being wrong about, but I remember from the get go he straight up told ppl “this is just a rumor. It may not be right”, but blogs, news sites, and anime fans just ran with it like it was fact even when he said that it wasn’t fact.

Gintama ending? You mean the recent news that Gintama is ending in 5 chapters? That’s fake?

Edit: Nevermind, I remember he said that Gintama has actually had its final chapter once

And if you’re talking about the One Piece Movie news from a month or 2 ago, they way I remember that going down was that ppl on 2chan said that the One Piece “special announcement” was a new movie, and Yonkou was the one that debunked it

666 (or 616 found in some manuscripts) is just a numerical translation of Nero (or Neron for 616).
Nothing in John's Apocalypse (Revelations) is meant to be taken literally. It's all allegorical for perceived Roman persecution against early Christians written from the perspective of one invested in popular late 1st/early 2nd century conspiracies regarding Nero having faked his death/returning from the dead.
The author wrote the way he did because according to the letter he was writing from prison and thus had to mask the true but obvious content of the letter.

To be fair on Gintama that chapter was the "Silver Soul arc climax" and he (as well as many others) assumed the final arc ending meant the series itself would end after a few epilogue chapters or something.

To be fair that and Gintama are both because the Japs use the word "Climax" to mean whatever the hell they want it to mean. People should probably stop interpreting it as the end though, since it's caused a whole bunch of mistakes over the years. That said, sometimes it does indeed mean it's the end, so what you gonna do?

Speaking of him & OPM, he actually hypothesized that the studio (JC staff) changed the date to Spring 2019 because of the backlash of Yonkou's "early leak" date of winter 2020. Lmfaoo
