Like Heiji has already said, this is the 5th all volume reprint for Heroaca since August. This one is especially weird as the new volume comes out on 12/4. Usually past volumes get reprinted when a new volume is released but a special all volume reprint is very weird. Act-Age's reprint was known but Jigokuraku wasn't posted before so I included it in. Oumagadoki Zoo getting a reprint is probably the weirdest thing here though.

Forget most urgent reprint, not volume is even getting a reprint to go to warehouses. The anime hardly made a dent in the sales.

Hopefully all volumes of act age made it to top 50/100 this week so we see how big the growths are .

Similar story to Kimetsu a year ago, slowly growing.

Former scenario is most probable. They are probably doing ~20k reprints every time. It's still a fantastic sign that MHA is not slowing down yet.

That would be incredibly incompetent of Shuiesha if they weren't printing a proportionate amount per shipment if the series continues to sell out.

It's a Japanese trend lol. Shuiesha is like Nintendo, they print like negative two copies and surprise when the series sold out.
Act Age is similar too but on a much smaller scale. I think this is like its 3rd/4th urgent reprints that go directly to the stores. Volume 1 has been reprinted 5 times?

So Act-age is probably around 38k right now on Oricon, higher than Sumou ever got to in the top 50. It'll probably barely hold on in the top 100 next week but should be well past 40k. This is great growth for the series. Jigokuraku is also seeing similar growth. I think Act-age can get to 100k eventually if its able to keep this up. It might get an award down the line. I mean someone will push for it to be nominated for the Manga Taisho and maybe the Kono Manga ranking as well.

Whoever did the most recent Food Wars anime would be perfect for Dr. Stone. The explanations for science fits in with the food wars aesthetic and the planning shots would be fitting for the series..
