Demon's Plan at least had some weird edgy stuff in it to stand out a little.

Higuma so far is just Muhyo & Roji but without the weird quirky MC or horror theme (aka the interesting parts).

True, since Metallica Metalluca then. Maybe more so.
Higuma feels like a M&R meets YYH with all the soul ripped out.

Its more like world number i think. Because for 20th anniversary (last year) and for news about collaboration with game (1 week ago), its 26 000 000.

MangaPlus just gave Act-Age a front page ad, yes!

Act Age got the front page ad because it is the current cover + front color from the magazine.They also seems to arrange all of the series based on the actual magazine TOC.

It feels like they're trying to be faithful to the actual magazine.

Also interesting to note is WNL is near the bottom, even below a bunch of of Jump+ stuff that's not fully in English anywhere. I thought it was more popular than that the hottest page only shows the top 30 for some reason. Fixed the couple missing series too

I have a quick question about Manga Plus if anyone here lives in Japan, S Korea or China (or can ask someone who does), does anyone know if the app works there? No doubt the site will be inaccessible without a VPN but I'm curious if the app works since Viz' (previous) Jump app always worked for me overseas without a VPN being necessary (since I downloaded it at home on my UK device).

I ask since I'm going to S Korea for work soon, I'll be getting a VPN anyway but's it's always good to know beforehand.

Would worldwide really cause it be double? I don't know where else other than Japan that has a huge manga market & a big demand for SK. I was guessing that the 53 million probably included flowers & the kanzeban. The kanzenban was really well received so maybe it includes other versions.

I heard all this first last week in a Jump Force talk, about how Toriko passed from being of 3 main characters of J-Stars Victory Vs (with Goku and Luffy) 5 years ago to the fact that it seems Toriko won't be in Jump Force at all.

I mean, WSJ were trying to get Toriko to be big back then. So, it was another form of push.

Has Koro-sensei from AC been added to Jump Force yet? That'd be a bigger shock if he wasn't there.

Still, Shueisha treats Saint Seiya as a 50million seller. Reborn! has sold as much as Saint Seiya and you don't see this treatment.

Also, with all these spinoffs, I find surprising how Saint Seiya hasn't sold like 70 million copies lol

I mean saint seiya sorta became this thing where a lot of current mangaka and the ones before mention often about the influences from Saint Seiya.
Also, if you're comparing just sales, Saint Seiya only had 28 volumes as opposed to Reborn's 42. Meaning better average per volume.

like Sharkbait said it's page views so I imagine stuff will mostly be the same (Sumo might go down and AA/JK might go up once they get more backlog for example). I think they mean will it work if you already have it downloaded like Viz did. If Viz doesn't anymore I assume they realized that was an issue and "fixed" it. Since Manga Plus was probably developed around the same time they might have both considered this and blocked it at the same time.
