The guardians of light under the pressure of all that started to worry that one of them has fallen into darkness, becoming instead a seeker of darkness.
Distrusting each other they all started fighting in fear of finding that one of them is long gone and is already part Xehanort (hello it's me old man who loves possessing young pretty boys...or girls)
In the end, X was showing signs of being fallen into the darkness
Even thought they knew that everyone outside the princess of hearts all have darkness inside of them, they all panicked at the thoughts of a traitor, after all they were in battle with fate itself to prevent the same mistake their ancestors did in that war.
In the end they decided it's best to get rid of Donald form their team....no matter the cost even if they had to do the unspeakable to their former friend and partner
Teaming up to do what must be done

after all this donald finding himself into a corner with no room of escaping he decides to use one of the forbidden spells at his resort as his last way of escaping

Everyone seeing this they all start to get ready (or run away for their life) to avoid getting hit with this deadly spell

And I wonder whom it's going to hit

in the end the spell sadly for donald hit nobody, they all successfully avoided it, but exhausting all his mana donald collapsed.
With now an easy target the guardians finished him off.....






Sadly for them the guardians were wrong and they just lost a precious friend at the cost of their foolishness.....

The guardian now depressed at what they had to do they all started heading to the first world....but in their way they found a portal that lead to the realm of darkness, they all decided to head there first thinking that this was some kinda fateful encounter and that there must be a reason to why there was a portal open out nowhere.

And so they started to investigate the reason by heading in the realm of darkness after making the preparation that is necessary into going to such a danger land to not fall into darkness and be losing their way to the light with their heart.

Fighting desperately for survival most made it tho that doesn't mean all did.
Some got swept away with the demon tower, lost into the lower part of the abyss were it's impossible to come back from...
