To me it seems it is at risk of getting beaten by 2.5D. In daily sales it is selling more than Vol.2 of S8 right now. If that trend stays or the drop of S8 continues then cosplay boobies will overtake space samurai.

Nice Kimetsu sales so it should be a 700-750k seller? Those are great backlogs and these sales are slower than usual because of the typhoon right? JJK was so close to BC last week, we'll get em next time.
MHA's backlog is just very strong, specially when the anime is airing. 24 million copies is in fact for the prints, but there are plenty of MHA volumes that have already sold or are close to hitting that 1 million mark. MHA just adds another million to its in print figure with every single volume release.
I think it can go 700k in a month once the reprints finally hit the stores next week. Even if it doesn't hit that, KNY's had an impressive run this year.
Maybe it's because of the typhoon, but it was already a bit under the previous volume in the first week so we have to wait for the upcoming weeks to make sure.

Kimetsu 17 might leave the monthly chart doing 670k-700k range. It'll definitely be able to sell somewhere close to 800-850k over a 12 month period meaning 1 million prints is probably gonna be its new print number peak.

Stampede did break records, but it has showed no effects on manga sales, given that this is the first volume after the film's release. I don't agree with the statement that OP's future isn't looking bright, but even before the typhoon happened, volume 94 was already trailing behind other volumes, especially volume 92, which struggled for a while to reach 2 million so volume 94 might follow a similar path. But then again, it's wait and see.
Oh I didn't mean it as 1 million is the first print for each volume MHA releases, but it's probably close to that. What I meant was that everytime MHA puts out a new volume, there's an announcement saying it crossed another million mark. It'll probably cross 25 million by the end of the year if it follows the same pattern.
Vol. 94 wasn't trailing behind Vol. 92 during its first week. You have to take into account that it had 4 days less on the market. Now this week is lower than it should have been, but we don't really know how much impact the weekends super typhoon had.
The problem is that Vol.92 sales were the worst OP has done in a long time, so the fact that 94 is even comparable to that is not good.
Funny how they mentioned the fact that the site Manga Rock on which it was possible to read pirated versions of WSJ series was brought down yet the two main sites that translates WSJ series in English before Mangaplus are still alive, or at least still translating WSJ series
