Favorites;
The Last Sayuuki
Stealth Symphony (Reading it weekly was odd, but when you read the whole batch you see it's a great series)
U19 (You can bash me now, but it was a fun ride on a derailed train and Kudou was a great mc)


Least favorites for me would probably be;
Kamio Yui (Since I could read this weekly, it turned to be much worse than it probably really is)
Kurokuroku (Everything in this series annoyed me back then, the mc, the heroine and the obnoxious villains)
Sporting Salt (One of the worst things I've seen in shonen jump, but probably will be debunked soon by Agravity Boys)
Hi-fi cluster
Tokyo Wonder Boys (I can't even imagine what people were thinking when they let this enter jump lineup)

This is a difficult list since most of the axe fodder series weren't properly translated, so I'm judging the ones that have at least 3 chapters scanlated.

I'm liking Zipman. This chapter has been good. Mitama has had an amazing chapter and Agravity Boys is remembering me to Doraemon for some reason.

I have to agree for both. Such a shame about Yozakura-san chi no Daisakusen, it was easily my favorite when it started.

Thoughts on the undecided:

• Yozakura: I am literally one chapter away from calling this axe fodder. The series really has become directionless.
• Mitama: Honestly just one step away from declaring this part of the roster. This chapter surprisingly gave solid lore which has a strong chance of expanding the series, and was just fun in general.
• Zipman: Still average. Still unremarkable. Still a lot of nothing.
• Agravity: I legit couldn't even finish the chapter, I hated it that much. It's like Grand Blue, only stripped of everything good, and replaced with a whole lot of annoying.

Agravity boys was one of the worst first chapters of a series since Sporting Salt. My God if this series takes off, especially over Zipman.

I found mitama security first chapter to be unbearable, atleast agravity I finished it

Just because you're not liking a manga doesn't mean it has to be canceled. after all you do not own the jump.

Yozakura has become boring, which is sad given how much I enjoyed it in the beginning. I'm into Zipman, especially since I've been getting into Kamen Rider recently, hoping it doesn't turn into a mess later on. Aggravity Boys showed another uninteresting chapter, the deliver of punch lines is always so bad. Mitama was a surprise this week, deepening it's lore is something I wanted from the series so I'm enjoying the route it is taking.

As for agravity, im still not sure where this is going, Im going to keep reading it further.

• Zipman!! - fight chapter this week. Very very average (and maybe even below) fight between robots.
And the fusion part... no thanks. So clichè and predictable. I mean, where’s the exciting factor? We all knew he was gonna beat the hell out of that cutie robot, but they did it in the most generic way

• Kimetsu no Yaiba - Another sad flashback chapter. Demon Slayer is truly a tragic tale

• Agravity Boys - Dropped, not for me I guess.

Tbh, I never even quite got why people were hyped about Yozakura in the first place, but nonetheless, a bit sad to see it falling off in reception.

Still not really feeling either Zipman or Agravity right now. Agravity's second chapter manages to feel yet again like nothing of consequence actually happened. Zipman at least has some heart and energy to it that I appreciate, but I'm still not quite attached to the main cast or story yet, and the power gimmick introduced in this chapter is... kind of lame? Both just give off pretty "whatever" vibes right now.

It's kind of funny what happened to Yozakura and Mitama. Yozakura is something a lot of us thought had all the ingredients for success right off the bat, and it's currently kind of struggling to stay exciting and relevant. Meanwhile, even those of us that liked Mitama's debut were unsure it had the legs to survive as an ongoing series, and now it has potentially the most positive reception of any currently running WSJ series that's under a year old. It's like the two swapped places.

Hoping we get a new batch sooner rather than later, and I think that has some potential to happen. On top of reboot ending next week and there being multiple empty slots currently filled by one shots and special chapters, multiple established series seem to be entering their endgame. Fingers crossed for a new batch of 3+ series within the next month or so, and that whatever comes next is something I'm more excited about.

I usually drop and forget about axed fodders when I am bored of them. So I don't think I could put 5 in both lists.
Favourites probably are: Shudan, Double Taisei and probably David-kun.
Least favourites are stuffs I sticked with longer than usual (and got more disappointed as well): Hungry Marie and Golem Hearts.

About this week chapters, Miitama is a banger. It's definitely the best of this week. It has everything, gag, lore and heart. Can't wait for next week.

Yozakura is following the romantic comedy side, like Nisekoi, he's not a Reborn as many thought.

The style is the same as gintama and beelzebub, several closed comedy chapters and then a serious arc.
