Well, SNK sold over 27 million copies during the 2 years after the anime's debut and consequent boost. KNY has sold over 20 million copies so far, but given how 2020 seems to be an even bigger year for KNY, it will probably surpass the 27 million figure way before the end of the year.

SnK volume 1 sold 1.3M in 2013 and 500K in 2014
Kimetsu Vol 1 sold 1.23M as of last week and probably 200k is from before the anime so not yet but it might pass it in a couple of month if the boost doesn't slow down a lot.

Yeah, only 10 by the anime's debut and 14 by the end of 2014's fiscal year. SNK's sales per volume were much higher with every single volume selling over 1 million back in 2013. What if KNY reaches the same milestone? lol

use launched instead of formerly, since if we actually included former, that is gonna be a much longer list, ( also the fact that 99% of the time the launch editor is the first editor)


semantics sure, but some launcher never been the actual editor for serialization , like jigokuraku
