If you're only gonna keep an eye on those players that are trying hard to reach 50+ posts then those that are used to being silent "voices" in these games are gonna have it fairly easy.

No, I'm not saying to only to keep an eye on the post count. I'm just saying that we should question the first person that gets 50 or someone that seems to be eager to get it. Basing the whole game around the cards would be a mistake. It'll end up like the Halloween one where it was 80% candies and 20% talk. On the other hand, being a silent voice won't help you either since you're not revealing anything about yourself. Gotta be moderate I guess.

Will anyone get that many though? Usually only very few people have such high post counts, and I‘m not sure that even these extra abilities will change how often people post.
Then there‘s that only active roles even profit from it, so doing that can put a target on your back if you‘re town.

50 posts for the entire game doesn't sound like a hard thing to do honestly

Just realized but it would be smarter for mafia to get 50 slowly then to rush for it since having a guarantee action late game would be a big advantage for them (The effect only lasts for one phrase). Therefore, having a slow start like right now doesn't help the townies at all.

It's not specified from what I read. @Asako @Elusia Is it 50 posts per day phase or 50 posts for the entire game?

Some cards are limited, don't know if the case applies to The Magician. It depends on the hosts' perspective. They might have limited it because it's an easy card to get but they might have not limited it for the same reason. Depends if they like chaotic games or not

It's a gamble card. There's 50% chance that the player will get an extra action and 50% chance of getting absolutely nothing from it.

What do you mean extra action? If I'm doc I get to protect two people or none? Or I get a random action or sth?

Although what you say makes a lot of sense, it's not written anywhere so we'll have to wait for the hosts to clarify some stuff.

Some cards can be used once or twice. Thus, they are highly limited. When players in the game uses all available card for a specific tarot card, no one else will be able to reuse those cards except the wild card.

They said some. From what I understand, only some cards are limited ( 1 or 2 uses) while the rest are not.

Kuroko no Basket was almost the same size, but that one ended up in tragedy for you

The 8th card allows you to have another extra action besides your default one, but that second action has a 50% chance of actually happening, at least thats what I got from Elu's explanation.
Also the first card has to be 50 times over the passing of the whole game, otherwise it wouldn't make sense (50 times in a single day is almost spam lol)

Honestly tho, no one should care about cards really, no candy game 2.0 please
