I'm not sure what to think about this series. Yes, the girl getting forcefully groped is a problem, but it's rather tame in the grand scheme of fanservice we've seen in the magazine.

I'll give the series a shot, but I'll remain cautious.

We shouldn't mock a person maturing on here, in my opinion. It just comes off as extremely elitist and petty.

Wait, what's going on with JJK in the TOC? I thought the last chapter was really good. Seems weird that it's this low. Are the japanese readers massive Gojou fans or something?

there are already so many estabilished jump mangas, some HAS to be in the bottom. the TOC isnt how is was in the past, sometimes new series deserve being on the top for promotion purpose

The fact that the series is gonna be exposed to the Western audience in both English and Spanish (probably?) is gonna cause enough ruckus. Not even gonna comment on it, just find it kind of unnecessary.

Also... What has supposedly changed to consider Yozakura now dead? Wasn't Mitama in like a really similar position like 1 ToC ago? Aren't we still 2 series away of filling the magazine? And even before having actual performance data, lol. It's not like it specially bothers me, but I think it's kinda misleading for those who are not that well informed.

It's to celebrate the first volume's release next month and the great support the series has been getting. KNY's CP is also to celebrate volume 19's release.

This is actually a really great thing for Mitama, very deserved for the recent chapters!! Good to see it having some popularity right now.

On the other side, Yozakura seems to have faltered, which isn't surprising but still. If it did some things better at the start, things could have been different...

You (as well as others) need to stop taking things so personally. Commentary about users specifically has no place in this thread, and only serves to thread-derail.

You are allowed to have opinions. The same goes for people you disagree with. Keep it civil, regardless.

Yeah, I doubt it will cause a big ruckus, because it will fall under "ecchi things will be ecchi" for many and that will be it. I personally don't like what I am seeing on the CP, sure, but I don't think it will be seen as "problematic" by the general audience.

The proposal has ALWAYS been for yozakura to be a ROMANTIC COMEDY.

Exactly, it's not the first nor it will be the last shonen manga like that too.

It was more focused on other things than Mutsumi x Taiyo to be called a rom-com of any kind. My main complaint is the family as whole didn't have a bigger role for a series called "Yozakura Family". Multiple family members going on missions, or even just doing SoL comedy with them would have been a great thing, but alas...

It also kept introducing poorly written characters without any point.
