I dont trust most twitter personalities who prioritize getting news fast rather than accurately. Unfortunately, most if not all, fall in that category. Heiji is reliable even if he doesn't provide evidence is because of the 1000 things he says, 999 of them will be right which is a pretty good probability. The one time in the 10 years I've followed this forum where he was wrong, he corrected himself before anyone even knew about it.
That's what I'd call a reliable source of information.

Twitter and youtube personalities who go around gossiping and spreading information and arguing and fighting when proven wrong (which they are every now and then) are not reliable at all. Which is why I won't trust these sources unless we get solid proof, even if they are right this time.


That's where you are wrong. People quote yonkou and others as a matter-of-fact. Happened here last year as well. Discussing the possibility is fine. Its bleach which is something I love. But I'd rather not give these personalities more attention than they deserve via forums like this.

Currently, as well as in recent times he’s leaked stuff, it’s almost always noted that, although he’s usually at least somewhat right with his info we should consider the possibility that he’s wrong.

This entire post is just my speculation, there is nothing about a new BLEACH anime confirmed or anything.

Happy for the burn the witch OVA (who is doing it? Pierrot?). IMO that is a pretty clear hint that we are finally getting BLEACH's final arc animated (it will likely be a part of the 20th anniversary commemoration).

Pierrot should probably be "free" after Black Clover and they can make idk maybe a 52 episode series that adapts the last arc or something.. heck I think even a 2 cour anime would suffice, they just need to trim the more "fillery" fights of the arc (not cut them completely but just show them faster or something).

This reminds me of how we got Level E (a short anime) to test waters for the HxH remake.

Idk but to me BLEACH getting a sequel has always been something sure, if Saint Seiya got some OVAs to finish its story then certainly BLEACH can also get the same threatment, I think.

At this point I'd rather we just gave Bleach the HxH 2011 treatment and rebooted it. It's been 16 years since the first anime started so why not.

I disabled notifications for my liked posts. If I hadn't, my news feed would constantly be filled with liked notifications.

That's one thing that's a slight negative about being staff, and it's not really a negative. Anything you post (usually) ends up being liked. And while it's appreciated, it's distracting when you want your news feed to be specifically about moderator-related stuff, like new posts or reported posts, etc.

Anyway, having said that, I do actually hope that yonk and spy are right here. I'd love nothing more than Bleach to live on, even if it's just in the same universe.

Bleach anime with better pacing and no fillers. Can also add extra stuff which Kubo wants. It's a great idea but I think they will also see how well the supposed OVA will do. If there's no interest, there won't be a reboot.

Oh I agree with your way of thinking. Unfortunately, its just way too logical and not the way a lot of people consume such information.

A complete remake of the Bleach anime like HXH 2011 wouldn't make much sense to me.

There are too many episodes and it would not be convenient to do so.

Something like Inuyasha Final Act is more likely.

I mean, without the filler Bleach would be significantly shorter.

HxH(2011) was 148 episodes. Plus I’m sure it would be significantly longer if it weren’t for HxH amount of hiatuses and them running out of material to adapts.

So I don’t see how Bleach would be a problem to remake, assuming a studio and staff were up to the task

I wonder if this OVA rather than teasing a possibly future serialization, could be teasing/testing the waters for a Burn The Witch anime only tv series. Have Kubo provide character designs, maybe a story outline.

Even if you remove all the fillers, there are still 54 volumes to adapt, which are not few.



Surely it would take more than 100 episodes to adapt them all.



In comparison, the volumes of HX pre arc of the chimeras are much less.

Not sure if this is only me, but why does the main character look like Harry Potter?? All with the Hogwarts robes and lightning bolt scar counterparts, and MC crushing the magic wand lookalike in his hand?
