Regarding the possibility of a full BLEACH remake, BLEACH finished with 700 or so chapters, and I agree that BLEACH is one of those series that could pretty much get 4-5 chapters adapted into a single episode without much problem (It's more of an action-oriented series), so if we divide 700/4.5 (The number of chapters per anime episode that could get adapted for good pacing) we get 155 episodes.
I think a 155 BLEACH anime is certainly not outside the realm of something that could happen. Gegege no Kitaro and Hunter x Hunter were long remakes, Saint Seiya Omega was a (pretty bad) anime that ran for almost 100 episodes, it's not even a remake of the original Saint Seiya it didn't really have great ratings (IIRC it was broadcasted at like 6:00 am!), and I don't even think I saw Saint Seiya Omega figures (Which is why Saint Seiya anime is made, to sell figurines), but it ran for 100 episodes..
Heck, even the just announced Digimon remake (And Dai no Daiboken, though that's way older than BLEACH) showed us that "long" anime remakes of beloved properties are a thing (They have been for quite a while, Gegege no Kitaro has received a remake/new series almost every decade I think).
So a remake of one of mangas biggest properties of all time is not something impossible, but I still see just adapting the last arc as something way more practical.
